Consisting of 3 non-communicating flats (1 Trilo + 2 BILO), it is spread over two floors: The ground floor consists of the TRILO flat, 80 sq m, which has a large living room of 25 sq m with dining area and kitchenette (cooker, fridge, freezer), TV and sitting area with two sofas. 2 double bedrooms (1 with 3rd bed) and bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and washing machine. The mezzanine floor consists of the two BILO flats (1st and 2nd floor), each of 50 sq m.
