The condo was decorated beautifully, clean, and very organized. The lake view was beautiful, and being an end unit, it was very quiet. The condo had everything we needed and more. We have stayed in several different units in Sanctuary at Redfish, but this by far, is our favorite.

We had such a great stay! It was exactly what we were looking for—a relaxing getaway. The condo was very clean and had a great layout that worked well for our family.The pools were clean and well kept, and the beach was beautiful. The pontoon boat service to the beach was a slight hesitation upon our initial booking, but it ended up being one of our favorite conveniences. It made getting to and from the beach so easy—honestly much easier than hauling beach gear up and down stairs or along a long boardwalk each day. Cathy was a wonderful host. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had, which made everything easy.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to Blue Mountain Beach.

We had an amazing stay. There is literally something for everyone. The unit was clean and very large! It was equpped with anything you could need. The pools were clean and beautiful. My son enjoyed fishing in the lake. The boat to the private beach was convenient and so much fun. The beach was by far the most beautiful and cleanest we've ever visited. The condo is close enough to walk some nearby attractions like ice cream and coffee. We would absolutely come and stay here again.

Perfect retreat with all the amenities

Wonderful visit to Grayton Beach - this property is a hidden gem for families. Access to the private beach with a boat ride was so much fun, and the pool was close and convenient for lots of swimming each day. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for an active family. Cathy was incredibly attentive and ensured every detail was taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful sanctuary in Blue Mountain Beach!

We loved everything about our stay here at this corner-end condo! From the comfortable beds and fully-equipped kitchen, to the gorgeous view of Redfish lake from the deck and the beautifully decorated space—we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy time with family. Would definitely recommend this unit for a peaceful relaxing stay in BMB. Cathy was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. They have a lovely condo!

Best Vacation Ever!

This is the second time we have been to this condo and the fourth time to Blue Mountain Beach. We love this condo because of where it is located within the Sanctuary. It is located at the end so it is quiet and peaceful which is why we come to the beach in the first place. This unit has beach chairs which is a huge plus and the ride across the lake is easy. The Sanctuary also has kayaks if you don't want to wait. It is perfectly situated near Seaside and Santa Rosa so it is not as crowded as other areas. The condo is clean and spacious and although it is not directly on the beach, it is not too hard to get there.

With the extra wall of windows the unit allows you to take in the peace of the Big Redfish Lake on either balcony. Great stay and great host

I recently stayed with my two children (ages 3 and 5), husband, and both sets of grandparents and it was great. The unit was spacious and well-equipped. The entire place felt quiet and not crowded, even on a holiday weekend, which was nice. The pools were amazing and my kids enjoyed those and the boat ride to the beach the most. The host was a great communicator and even called to check on us during our visit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on location is because there wasn't much within walking distance - there was an ice cream shop and a few other things but even that was a bit far for elderly parents and young kids to walk to. I walked it solo though and it was great! Additionally, the pools and boat didn't open up until 9am - with young kids we are up EARLY so one day we checked out the public beach nearby which was nice, but there really isn't easy parking there so that was tough. In summary, we would definitely stay again and really enjoyed the visit. Thank you!

Luxury Condo for 8

Our family of 8 stayed in this 3 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath condo in beautiful Santa Rosa beach. The 2nd floor end condo was so spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs and beach service for 2 on the HOA private beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances and cookware including spices. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable….each bedroom had its own TV, bathroom and an abundance of towels. The 4 pools and 2 hot tubs were never crowded and included outdoor showers, a fire pit area, 2 gas grills and lots of table and chairs with umbrellas. The private walkway to the beach was quite a hike to carry coolers and beach bags but the ride in the pontoon boat was only 10 minutes at most. Although the condo and pool area was fantastic, it would not accommodate persons with mobile disabilities or ila wheelchair. We loved our week in FL and looking forward to going back again soon

How delightful…two mains and a bunk!

I rented this unit as well as the one next door. Most often a condo has one main suite. This one actually had two. Both were beautifully appointed, allowing the two couples ideal private space. The third bedroom room turned out to be a perfect space for my granddaughter . Living room and kitchen were tastefully and comfortably furnished creating the perfect community space. Owner was genuinely interested in our comfort as her guests and checked in to address any concerns. Lovely home away from home!

Beautiful condo

The condo was even prettier in person and met all our expectations. It was very spacious and we really enjoyed taking the boat to the beach and then having the chairs and umbrellas already set up for you. So nice and convenient. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Wonderful Vacation

This property at Sanctuary at Redfish was amazing. We have traveled quite a bit and this was by far the most well-equipped condo we have ever stayed in. It is decorated beautifully, yet feels so comfortable and welcoming. Everything was top notch. Working with cathy was very personal and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend this unit and we will stay her again in the future. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Sanctuary @ Redfish

Our extended family plans a beach trip every summer and this year we chose Santa Rosa Beach to celebrate my aunts 60th birthday. Cathy's condo is stunning and fully equipped with anything you could need during your stay. The location of the condo is close to a lot of fun spots near by with some even walking distance. Was a wonderful week and we hope to visit again sometime!

Enjoyed our second stay, Cathy is an amazing person to work with.

Cathy’s unit has everything you need. It is exceptionally maintained, very clean and well stocked. She reached out to make sure everyone had everything they needed. The linens and beach towels are top of the line. The property is beautiful, pools well maintained and the pools and beach are not crowded, even as Memorial Day approached. Thank you Cathy for another amazing stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Great Condo, Property and Location

Our stay was fantastic. The owners go out of their way to make it that way. The condo is spacious, has what you need, quiet, and amazingly clean! The pool area is nicer than many resorts and the beach is one of the best areas on 30A!

Being a host myself, I pay attention to details and overall experience. As a guest, I have high expectations and Cathi's place exceeded my expectations. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Just like the pictures. Everything was pristine clean and the property itself fro m the pools to the building we're exceedingly well taken care of. Cathi's condo was more than comfortable for the 6 of us, and she had everything we needed. Her instructions for use of the condo and its amenities was precise and
