The villa is located in the centre of the Modican countryside made famous by the television series "Il Commissario Montalbano", nestled between the baroque of Noto and Siracusa and that of Modica and Ragusa Ibla, UNESCO heritage sites. It is a 15-minute drive from the beaches of San Lorenzo, the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the beach of Calamosche. The whole area is characterised by the presence of cattle farms where you can taste typical Sicilian dairy products: caciocacio cavallo cheese, provole and fresh ricotta. Typical Sicilian dishes can be found in the many agriturismi and typical trattorias in Noto, Rosolini, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. In both summer and winter, festivals and events are organised, such as: the International Frontier Film Festival in Marzamemi in the last week of July, the Pachino tomato festival in August, the fish festival in Pozzallo in August, the arancino festival in August, and the must festival in October in Rosolini. Wine lovers can visit the cellars where Moscato di noto and Nero d'Avola wines are produced. The villa is located in the centre of south-eastern Sicily between the Modica and Noto areas.

Recently built, it consists of No. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens with electric oven and wood-burning oven, freezer and coffee machine, No. 2 bathrooms, a large living room finely furnished with the possibility of using the fireplace. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay: washing machine, hot and cold water, hot/cold air conditioning, hairdryer, iron plus board, digital TV, baby cot. All rooms are very large and spacious. Towels and bed linen are available on request.

Outside, a large veranda with swimming pool, barbecue area and private parking is ideal for a stay in contact with nature.
