The Borgo di Santarsa farmhouse is in the upper part of the site at about 800 metres above sea level and with a wonderful view of Sansepolcro. This typical Tuscan farmhouse from the 16th century was restored and renovated using traditional and original materials such as brick, stone and wood.
The large, rustic dining room provides a fireplace, a TV with satellite reception and plenty of tables, benches and chairs, so that all guests can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as plenty of crockery and accessories for catering for a large group. In total the property comprises six apartments with 13 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Each apartment has its own fully-equipped kitchen. The first apartment has a bedroom with its own bathroom, the second apartment has two bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom, the third apartment provides two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, the fourth apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds, as well as a bathroom, the fifth comprises three bedrooms, of which two each have three single beds and one has two single beds, along with three bathrooms, while the sixth apartment has three bedrooms each with two single beds and two bathrooms. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house free of charge.
Outside there is also plenty of space to dine together on the large, roofed terrace with a view over the valley. The original bread and pizza baking oven and two barbecue areas are ideal for preparing meals outdoors. The sun terrace and the private pool invite you to relax. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, firewood and a childrenâs playground. It is possible to observe a range of wild animals.
