Cette spacieuse maison de vie inversée dispose de 10 laissez-passer SHARC illimités, ainsi que de ping-pong et de baby-foot pour toute sorte de plaisir en famille!

Le niveau supérieur, qui comprend un salon, salle à manger et cuisine avec des plafonds voûtés, est rempli de lumière de la flambée des fenêtres et vue sur la forêt. Détendez-vous devant la cheminée en pierre massive, et profiter de la télévision. Divertissant et la cuisine sont un plaisir dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris un four traditionnel et un gril à gaz est juste à l'extérieur sur la grande terrasse entourant meublé. Aussi à ce niveau est une suite spacieuse avec lit King, TV, walk-in et salle de bain complète. Il y a une deuxième chambre avec des lits superposés pour quatre personnes et une autre salle de bain complète. Mini réfrigérateur dans la buanderie et troisième réfrigérateur / congélateur complet dans le garage pour plus de commodité.

Au niveau inférieur se trouvent deux chambres, plus deux avec un lit king. Tous deux disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. Une grande salle familiale avec foyer au gaz, table de jeu et TV, une autre salle de bain complète et buanderie spacieuse compléter le niveau inférieur. Ce niveau ouvre sur une terrasse avec bain à remous. Il ya un garage pour 3 voitures, traîneaux, ping-pong et baby-foot.

Il est à quelques pas de The North Country Store et sur votre promenade vous pouvez voir des cerfs le long du chemin, et même dans votre jardin. Avec deux chambres séjour / famille séparés et 6 téléviseurs, il ya vraiment quelque chose pour tout le monde. Et oui, votre ami à quatre pattes peut profiter de cette maison de vacances avec vous.

Very Comfortable Home

Cute, comfortable rental

This property was clean and fit our family nicely. We did have a difficult time trying to figure out how you could sleep 12 people as listed since neither one of the couches were pull outs. We ended up having some people from our group not make the trip so it worked great for us but keep in mind in order for 12 to fit they are sleeping on a couch that does not pull out. Also there was a small ant problem but I assume that is pretty common with rental properties. Property is located farther from the village than what I am use to but I did not think to check where it was located prior to booking. Overall this was a great rental and I would stay here again.

Great time in Sunriver

Excellent location, house is well outfitted for a family's needs, with hot tub, kitchen well stocked, ping pong table, close to bike trails and store. Windows galore, and 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. We saw an amazing thunderstorm complete with hail while playing games inside. The management of this home were incredible and responded to our concerns promptly, timely and went way beyond our expectations. Sunset you are truly the best:) Thank you for making our holiday wonderful.

Spacious and well equipped

Great multi-family stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great area for walking, biking and SHARC swimming! Customer service was outstanding—when we arrived, we could not find ping pong balls or foosballs. We called and had them 10 minutes later. Two deck chairs were cracked—a call, and they were fixed. Never found the inflatable bed, so a kid slept on a foam mattress topper on the floor (we never called about this...I’m sure they would have brought one). Plenty of dishes. Bring a few towels of your own though!

Dirty, broken....not a good experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrive literally within minutes this place was a mess. I was greeted by a Sunriver person who said their was a complaint about successive garbage, clearly it wasn’t ours we just arrived but that garbage never was picked up...an entire garbage of cans never left the whole time. The windows tracks full of dead bugs, the floor is digesting...wipe it with a wet towel and it’s dark black everywhere. The vent is covered in gross dust so I assume the filter has never been changed either. The light bulb in the master bath toast doesn’t work, the tack strip in the master closest is visible to find my foot so that was fun. The sink backed up day 2 and it was the P-trap FULL so clearly nobody had done preventative maintenance and no way it hadn’t backed up prior on somebody. The sprayer on rh sink didn’t work, walls are all gross and dirty and you had a tons of kids but no pots or pans they fit....? Sounds like a fun trip? I’d like a refund of some kind this house should be rented until it is brought up to a Sunriver likestandard. Oh and the chair in the back is broken, nobody said anything f and we found out the hard way....inwill never rent this place again.

Some disappointments

Property felt like owners/managers weren’t concerned with quality. One of the stove burners didn’t work, several light bulbs were burned out. There were no instructions for operating things like fireplaces. The football and ping pong tables which we were looking forward to were in the garage .. temp was 12 degrees when we arrived so playing in the garage wasn’t an option. It would have been nice to know that in advance. But the worst was that when we arrived at 4:30 to check in, — our check in time was 4 — the house was being cleaned. We were able to get in an hour later. Didn’t enjoy hanging out in our cars in freezing temps. I emailed about it … no response. Disappointing. We loved the area and location, the house was comfortable, but the lack of interest in details described above will have us looking elsewhere for our next Sunriver vacation.

Relaxing holiday stay

Stayed here with our family of two adults and two teens and another family with same -- plenty of space for everyone, kitchen well appointed, and location was great -- quiet but right near North Store and easy to get on 97 into Bend. The management company was excellent and responded quickly when we had an issue with the hot tub Only complaint is that the master bedroom on main floor desperately needs a new mattress -- one side is fine, the other is completely swaybacked and difficult to sleep on. Overall had a wonderful time -- thanks so much!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company did a fine job with pre-visit details. Home was a little tired, but served our needs. Had no A/C, which usually isn't an issue, but heat was extreme, and smoky air made opening windows impossible. Management did come thru with fans and a portable A/C device, as promised. The deck was brand new, and it should be noted THE RAILING WAS NOT TIGHTENED SECURELY, which we noticed immediately and was not an issue, but should be tended to as someone leaning on it could potentially fall. Location was perfect, clean upon arrival, and had a lot of kitchenware. Needed more toweling and toilet paper. Downstairs bathroom had no water pressure, and had clogged sink. We fixed it. The toilet seat was broken upon our arrival, but a call, brought a man who remedied the problem deftly and quickly. Despite these problems, the home met our needs
