La maison est située dans une rue calme et est à moins de 100 pieds de la plage (la majorité de l'année, la plage est gratuite). Situé au cœur de Sea Bright à distance de marche du supermarché, magasin d'alcools, des restaurants, des boutiques, et de la plage. La maison a été récemment rénové avec une nouvelle cuisine, salles de bains, et de planchers de bois franc. Tous les nouveaux appareils, y compris laveuse et sécheuse. Juste une courte distance en voiture des attractions de la région tels que Sandy Hook, Pier Village, Monmouth hippodrome, centre commercial, des théâtres, et Red Bank quartier antique.

Excellent communication with the host. House is in a perfect location. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to all bars, restaurants and shops. Extremely clean and everything is provided: beach badges, two parking passes, towels, linen, beach chairs, boogie boards and just about anything else you can think of. Highly recommend!

Amazing beach house!

This is such a great property at an amazing location at Sea Bright Beach! You can’t beat this location walking distance form the beach and all the cute restaurants in Sea Bright. And then of course you are driving distance from Long Branch and Red Bank! If you are looking for a great beach vacation in Jersey, this house and Sea Bright beach it is! (The house comes equipped with all beach toys and amenities that you need! It was great when traveling with little children!) Thank you, David.

My friends of over 40 years got together to celebrate Ellie's Birthday. We were so thrilled when we got to David's charming beach house. It was perfect and he is the best host. Everything we needed was in walking distance. From our Early morning breakfasts in the backyard to sharing wine and laughs after spending a day at the beach and dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants made this a perfect celebration. Thank you David for being the perfect host.

Wedding Central for Parents of the Bride

We found this gem to be the perfect fit for a week of preparation for our daughter's wedding. Our host's genuine attentiveness to our comfort and needs was greatly appreciated. Amid the comings and goings of family and friends throughout the week we were able to enjoy clean and comfortable surroundings to rest and re-energize. The backyard patio was perfect for a pizza party and when the evening cooled we were able to extend the moment through the warmth of the chiminea. Many were able to enjoy the nearby restaurants and beach walks. All in all our memories of our daughter's wedding we be forever interwoven with our satisfying stay on Surf Street.

Quick Stay

This VRBO property and location worked out perfectly for us. My finace and I, along with 5 friends needed to be in a Sea Bright area for a surprise engagement for one of our friends. We only needed to be there for Saturday afternoon/evening. and were nervous that no one would rent to us for just one night. David was extremely accommodating the entire time, he allowed to to book for one night and when the engagement party time got moved up, he allowed us to check in early. The property was impeccably clean, spacious, there were plenty of beds, there was a bottle of wine and note left for us to enjoy out stay. He kept great communication, offered things and places to go in the area and was just a really great host. Sea Bright was a very cute little down, the restaurants were fantastic and we would really love to come back for a longer period of time!

It's what you are looking for....

The home is in a perfect area--walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The house it tucked in and served our needs extremely well. David went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay providing all info and answering questions in a timely fashion. We plan to be back.

Great beach house

David was an amazing host to work with. He was attentive and gave us so many recommendations to work with. The house is so close to everything and was perfect for a girls weekend. Loved being so close to the beach once we got here could just relax without worrying about driving anywhere. Would love to come back again with my husband and family!

Everything you need

Dave is an excellent & attentive host and the house was really great. Everything was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The location is a fantastic home base for all kinds of fun, steps from the beach, shops & restaurants plus within a half hour drive or less of so much to do. All in all, this was a great vacation experience and I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Fantastic Beach Stay

This is a great house in the heart of Sea Bright. The house is super clean and comes with plenty of amenities, games, and fun things to do. It is also a very short walk to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and the beach (2 min walk). The beach passes/parking passes that the host provides are really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying. The host David is very easy to work with and extremely helpful.

If you want to have access to the beach and downtown Seabright, this is the place.

Super organized owner. Newly renovated. It isn't the 4 seasons but it has great value. We will do it again next time we head to Jersey for some beach time.

Steps from the beach, all you could ask for

Staying at this house was just wonderful. It's steps from the beach, restaurants, and markets. It was clean and modern. Wifi, Cable, washer & dryer, AC, new kitchen and a BBQ. This is not a luxury home, but it's exactly what it should be for a beach house in a beach community. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location

We stayed here for a long weekend, met family coming from Vermont and we flew in from Colorado. The property is half a block from all of the restaurants along the main drag. There isn't a good grocery store in town, so be sure to hit that up before you come. You can walk to the beach which is across the road and you have to enter at certain spots because you need to buy a pass to get on the beach during the summer. As for the house, we enjoyed sitting on the porches. The house is remodeled, but still has the feel of an old house. The furnishings weren't as aesthetically pleasing as they could be, but they were all functional and did the job. The TV was huge and the cable and internet worked well. There were enough beds for 8 people + a toddler. The owner of the property and I communicated by text. He was really friendly and helpful. He was always prompt with his responses.

We are a couple with 3 small kids who live near this house. We were both born and raised in NJ and met while at Rutgers University. We have been renovating and renting homes in the area for a few years now and are extremely attentive to the homes and renters.
