Giuly Prada Rustic House

The Rustico casa Giuly is located just 8 km from the Bellagio jetty, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery.
The detached two-family house offers a covered terrace with its own garden, where you can enjoy a sunny breakfast in the morning and start the day, as well as a covered balcony adjoining the eat-in kitchen, which is opposite the terrace, so that you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset in the afternoon or early evening.

The terrace leads to the open, cozy eat-in kitchen with a balcony on the opposite side and a pellet stove that warms the small house in just a few minutes, making it attractive even in the cooler months of the year.
A small, narrow staircase leads up to the second floor, where you will find the bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as the shower room.
From both rooms you have a view of the greenery.

The open kitchen is well equipped; in addition to the dining table and chairs, there is a dishwasher, stove, hob and fridge. A coffee machine as well as crockery, tea towels, pots and glasses are available.
From the sofa you have a view of the flat screen TV, which also shows German programs.

The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a hand basin.
Towels and shower towels are provided, as well as shampoo and shower gel.

A covered parking space for your car/mountain bike is available. To load and unload your luggage, you can drive right up to the house.

Martina and her husband live in the second semi-detached house, opposite is the agriturismo with its restaurant, which is only open at weekends and serves local specialties.
You are cordially invited to try authentic, local cuisine there.
Pure country life - the rustico is nestled between meadows, fields, cows and horses and only 10 minutes from Bellagio - enjoy the peace and nature.
Caution - limited room height on the first floor.

The Onno beach is 14 km from Casa Giuly. This is a stone beach (bathing shoes are recommended) that leads shallowly into Lake Como before plunging into the depths.
11 km from the apartment, you can hire boats from HOME - Boat2Go to explore Lake Como from the water.
10 minutes away by car is the Jungle Raider Park Canyoning, softair e speleologia a Civenna - Milano, Bergamo e Lecco. There are various climbing parks with different levels of difficulty.
If you don't want to go up high, you can practice archery or take part in canyoning on the River Perlo, follow the cycle paths on a mountain bike or simply hike through the grounds.
