Our renovated, bright holiday apartment in Alt-Westerland is waiting for you for a wonderful time on Sylt. In the small street, you can enjoy peace away from the hustle and bustle, while being quickly in the center, close to the beach, the train station, and the airport. All directions are easily accessible. In the garden, you can park bicycles, and a parking space and a small terrace belong to the apartment. Book now for a fantastic island holiday!

The Accommodation
Our apartment "Waihüs" on the first floor with its own entrance offers you modern comfort for a lovely time on Sylt. A fully equipped kitchen provides you with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines, and everything else you need for cooking and dining. You can sit comfortably at the dining table, where the morning sun greets you.

In the living room, which enjoys afternoon and evening sun, you have a couch, an armchair, and a seating area with a table and chairs at your disposal. The couch can be converted into an additional full-size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels, popular streaming apps, and a selection of books and games.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shelves, mirror, shower, hairdryer, and stool.
The bedroom on the second level is accessible from the hallway via a narrow, open staircase. Here, you will find a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, storage space in drawers and hangers, and a TV.

In the garden, you can park bicycles, and a small terrace belongs to the apartment (with a beach chair or garden furniture from approximately late April to October). There is also a private parking space directly at the house.

All rooms have Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Cleaning supplies are available, as well as a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, and iron. We have compiled important and helpful information for you in a small folder.

Laundry packages:
> Laundry packages per person (bed linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, and dish towels) are included in the booking and are listed under 'towels' and 'bed linen'.

Guest cards / tourist tax: >Please send the first names and last names of all travelers via message immediately after booking for the timely creation of the guest cards.< The guest cards are mandatory and issued by the municipality of Sylt, and they are included in the total cost at FeWo-direkt and referred to as "tax".

Located on a small street, you have peace away from the hustle and bustle. However, you are still close to the center of Westerland (1,500m) and the beach (1,500m). You can quickly reach the train station (1,000m) and the airport (1,500m). All directions on Sylt are easily accessible by foot, bike, or car. The small grocery shop with a bakery is about 500 meters away. For larger purchases, you can shop at Aldi (about a 10-minute walk, 5 minutes by car) or Edeka (about 17 minutes on foot).

Around the church in Alt-Westerland, you will find beautifully restored thatched-roof farmhouses, some dating back to the 17th century. This is where Westerland originated and has expanded towards the beach over the course of tourist development. Alt-Westerland is characterized by very old buildings as well as constructions from the 70s to 90s; our end-row house "Waihüs" also dates from this time.

Guest Access: The apartment is exclusively for you and has its own entrance. A small terrace in the garden (with a beach chair or garden furniture from about April to October) and a parking space and bike rack are available for you. On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from around 3 PM, and on the day of departure until 10 AM. Please feel free to ask us about other times.

LAUNDRY PACKAGES: Laundry packages are included in the booking and are listed under 'Towels' and 'Bed linen'.

PARKING SPACE: A free parking space No. 8 is available directly in front of the house for you.

STAIRS: The bedroom on the second level is accessible from the hallway via a narrow open staircase. It is not suitable for small children and people who have difficulty climbing stairs.

TERRACE AND BIKES: A small terrace (next to the garden gate) belongs to the apartment (with a beach chair or garden furniture from April to October). Bike racks are available for you in the garden.

PETS: A house-trained dog of medium size (e.g., Labrador) is allowed in our apartment. Please bring a blanket or basket and bowls for your four-legged friend. Other pets (especially cats) are not permitted.

CHILDREN: The apartment is not specifically secured for small children. Therefore, we say that children should be at least 5 years old for our apartment.

SMOKERS: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. As a smoker, you can use the terrace at the garden gate. You will find an ashtray in the apartment.

TRASH: Please take glass bottles to the glass containers. Upon departure, please leave the apartment broom-clean and the dishes washed.
