Great stay

This was our 2nd time in this condo. Location, condo, pool all were great! The previous renter did not leave the parking pass for us. I contacted our host and she immediately got to work and got us a replacement the next day. Hope to stay here again

Our stay was amazing!! Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Awesome for early morning coffee and watching the sun rise. Easy check in. Such great accommodations. Very quiet end of the beach.

Perfect get-a-way with my best friend!

We loved this property as soon as we walked in the door! It as everything it said it was and more. The furniture was comfortable, the unit was clean and the pictures were accurate. We had such fun!

Beautiful quiet spot at end of Cherry Grove beach

Enjoyed the layout of the cute villa and balcony overlooking the ocean just steps away. Kitchen is well stocked. Property supplied more items than expected. Appreciated beach chairs.

March getaway

Great communication with the owners, even with a last minute request to add an extra night. The condo was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We walked the beach every day, the area was quiet with awesome views. Beds were comfortable and we slept well with the sounds of the waves each night.

Fall Getaway

Ocean View condo was nicely decorated and clean! Owner was fast to respond to emails. Perfect location, no crowds this time of year in this location. Balcony had a wonderful view of ocean! Would stay here again!

We loved the location of this property, it’s at the nice quiet end of Cherry Grove and it was easy to come and go. The inside was well-kept and exactly what the listing showed. The beach access is amazing, just a few steps and you’re right there. The property manager was very transparent and communicative and we had no trouble at all during our stay. Highly recommend!

over all it was a fantastic vacation great location great amenitys people were friendly would recommend to people. my only down side is they only had 1 key 2 would of been great . would I stay there again same place I plan on it next year when ever I decide to go , if available. THANKS. DENNY

I love Cherry Grove and the location of this property. Check in process was efficient and communication on point. My only complaint was the unit was not very clean. I told the owner in case she had no idea if there was an issue with her cleaning company. The porch was my absolute favorite thing about the unit.

Wonderful host and beautiful location! A++

The location of this property is perfection at the Northernmost tip of Myrtle. My girls had an absolute blast with the boogie boards that were left in the condo and we appreciated the beach chairs! The view is gorgeous out of the master bedroom window, and even better from the living room sliding glass doors. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. All three of my girls shared the spare bedroom. Eldest was on the bed and twins on blow ups on either side of the bed. The balcony was quiet and pleasant and we appreciated the racks to hang wet clothes. We brought all of our own linens for the beds, but there were plenty extras provided by the owner if we wanted to use them. (We just brought our own for ease during checkout). I think the biggest part that stands out about this property is the owner. We unfortunately were there during a tropical storm, but the owner kept me informed and updated on all the precautions and safety issues from NMB and the local HOA. She called places for us, spoke with officers and tried doing everything to help us during our stay. If that isn't going above and beyond, I don't know what is! I would recommend this place just solely based on the outstanding communication we had with the owner, but we were happy with all of it! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home away from home!

The property was nice for our weekend getaway. We loved that even though Myrtle was packed with people for Memorial weekend our part of the beach wasn’t. Everything was accurately spelled out in the listing.

The property was nice, clean. Right on the beach. Wasn’t thrilled to have to bring our own sheets and towels or do laundry on the day we were leaving. Wasn’t a huge deal since we drove and could pack them. Overall a nice stay

North Myrtle Beach condo review

Condo is attractive and comfortable. Internet service is excellent. Spectrum TV service went out twice. Manager told us she had a family emergency and we would have to call the cable provider to get TV service returned. Took us 35 minutes with the first outage and 15 minutes with the second outage. The manager apologized for the inconvenience but did not offer any compensation. The manager did not have a back-up manager. We used the dishwasher once and found out that it was leaking water through the drain under the kitchen sink. We put a pan under the leak, informed the manager, and told her we could live with the leak by using one half of the sink and not the dishwasher until she could get a plumber in after we departed. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. The screen door to the balcony was not available for our use. It appeared to be broken and was stored in a closet. The first security badge we used to get back from the beach through the gate would not let us back in. We informed the manager. It was obvious that this badge had not been checked recently. No compensation was offered for us being locked out of access back to the condo. This rental, in our opinion, needs cutting boards for meats and vegetables, new unscratched pots and pans, a can opener (glad I had my Swiss Army knife with us), and a notebook with instructions for all appliances and equipment. We provided all this information to the manager via email after our stay, but did not hear back.

Neighbors

The green house next door had a huge group that was very loud every night and smoking weed. That is all you could smelll and we could hear loud music and yelling until after 2 am. Besides that we had a wonderful stay the house was clean and comfy. Need to place toilet paper in bathrooms before guests arrive there was none. Thank god we brought some.

Fantastic

Property was just as described. This was a end of summer trip and we absolutely were pleased we chose this property over all the others. Being at the inlet, the beach is not as crowded and we loved walking in the silky soft sands around the dunes too. The sunrise is breathtaking in this spot being on the end of the beach. One thing I will say I didnt like....was how comfy the beds were! Made me disappointed to have to leave them behind when I came home. I slept like a baby which is rare in vacation rentals. Will we stay here again...ABSOLUTELY! ❀
