4-room maisonette apartment renovated in 2022. Fully equipped with modern kitchen/dining area, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and spacious living/chilling area with comfortable sofa beds; suitable for 10 people. Ring train & tram connection, close to the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Str. (Prenzlauer Berg), in 20 minutes in the city center. The neighboring Langhansstraße is a real gastronomic mile, there is also a cinema, organic and a weekly market. Lightning fast & free WiFi.
The Space:
The 95 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a modern open kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room / chill-out area and 2 bedroom with four double beds (1.40 x 2.00 m). There are also two comfortable sofa beds in the living room. A total of 8 people can sleep in beds and two on the two sleeping couches.
All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, i.e. none of the rooms is a so-called connecting room. Apart from the modern tiled bathrooms, the apartment is designed with beautiful real wood parquet and also has underfloor heating throughout.
The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and much more.
The modern interior bathrooms have a sink and a walk-in shower; automatic ventilation is also available.
In the living room there is a large TV (50 inches (approx. 1.27 m)) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also provided for easy playback of videos from the laptop.
Lightning-fast Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s is available free of charge. Your laptop can be connected to the Internet via WLAN or LAN (there is a LAN socket in every room), so that you can surf and work with the laptop without any problems. A small desk for comfortable working is available. A Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music is also available.
The washing machines in the stairwell can be used free of charge. Drying racks and irons are available for drying laundry.

The quiet residential area Weißensee extends around the lake of the same name, which attracts numerous bathers in summer with the Weißensee lido. The Brecht House, where film screenings and literary events take place, and the Milchhäuschen, a café from GDR times, are located directly on the lake.
