LUXURY VILLA “Villa Wonderview”!
In 2025, all rooms were completely renovated — new tiled floors, brand-new furniture, and a modern kitchen installed. Enjoy your vacation in this luxurious villa with a private pool and a breathtaking view of the wide canal, as well as a spacious living area with high ceilings!

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From towels to a gas grill for cozy BBQ evenings where you can enjoy the sunset, to a genuine wood billiard table and an entertainment system — nothing will be missing.

Share your vacation experiences during your stay using the free high-speed internet. All you need to bring are a few clothes, and your holiday can begin right away.

Please note: At the moment, no boat dock is available for use.

On-site, you will be looked after by our professional, German-speaking property management team.

A fabulous property

A great place which I would not hesitate to rent again. But beware the additional "rental agreement," which I don't recall hearing about until after I committed to rent the property. In this case it added about 10% to the listing price for cleaning and use of electricity. It doesn't change my overall rating but I consider it a bit of an ambush which should be clearly disclosed right from the start.

Bad experience with the manager

They charge you the power that you use during your days that you are. And it didn’t say anything when you paid your reservation. And also they try to change cleaning fee even though you paid it when you paid your reservation. I used the grill to do a barbecue and i was dirty which I didn’t care but when i was leaving the manager made us to clean it even though i told her it was like that at the beginning. I particularly won’t stay again there. These people try to charge you stuff that don’t say at the disclosure before you paid your reservation.

obviously you didn't read our ad on the VRBO website! There is clearly stated that a cleaning fee is due at checkout and the electricity consumed has to be paid as well. It also states that there is an additional charge for more than 2 guests per night! You didn't pay the cleaning fee nor did you pay the accommodation fee because when you made the booking you stated that there is only one person arriving but there were 5 people in total, which is completely unacceptable. It is also disappointing that you did not contact us the owners directly to clarify this beforehand, as well as the thing with the grill and the manager issue! But you probably haven't seen on the VRBO website that you can contact the owner directly. Instead, you prefer to write a review like this! Fortunately, most of our guests are very conscientious in this regard!

Our vacation was one of our best! Enjoyed the location! Would definitely stay again. I would just make sure to regularly check for ghost ants in the kitchen. Once the exterminator came out the ant problem was taken care of. Thanks

Amazing views

This is one of the best rentals we’ve had in Florida, the place is huge and the pool area and views are just amazing, the neighbourhood is really quite and the niegahbours are really friendly. The only slight negative is the dock area which is unacceptable due to being unsafe,, would’ve been lovely to sit in the mornings watching the dolphins, but even with that I’ve still give this property 5 stars.

Needs loving care.

We have rented this place in the past and have enjoyed it, but this time around we just weren’t feeling that good about our stay. I believe because of covid the owners have not been there and we feel it shows. In need of some tender loving care.This rental could be amazing, it was clean and located in a well maintained quiet cul de sac.

Most Enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Wonder View! The home is well-stocked with linens, kitchen amenities, and has a very nice outdoor seating area. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had no problems during our stay. The view is spectacular! Our property manager was the best! This property, by far, is our favorite!

Great Location

Overall the property is nice. Property Management is very responsive as is the owner. Neighborhood is great, location is great. Our disappointment was that the dock area was unavailable and the furnishings dated.

Amazing!

Thank you for this amazing vacation, time away with family, and getaway from frigid Michigan! From check-in to check-out, our whole experience was perfect. An absolutely beautiful home and the views are spectacular! Waking up to that view every morning... opening up the blinds and those sliders to the outdoor pool and patio... enjoying the most colorful sunsets... all we still think about everyday! We also truly enjoyed seeing Manatees and Dolphins everyday, we all enjoyed the pool and fishing, grilling out for our dinners, movie nights, and so much more. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Sanibel Island, one of our favorite beaches and for shell collecting. Super spacious, great open floor plan, enough dishes, silverware, and seats for everyone at meal times, loved having enough bathrooms and having the spa like atmosphere in the larger, more luxurious master bathroom. Property Management: 5 stars, so kind and so great at what they do. We are so grateful for our time there, really enjoyed every day to the fullest! Thank you again!

Amazing

We were only able to spend a few days in this great villa, but it was very worth it. The location and the view are great. We could watch manatees and dolphins directly from the terrace. The equipment of the villa leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks very much. We already plan to come back.

Beautiful view

Outdoor space and pool is wonderful. We saw dolphins and a manatee in the canal. Dock was fenced off due to needing repair but don't know if we would've used it anyway. The house is just as pictures show. Very open and spacious. We did kill one wood cockroach on our second day there. Didn't see another one after that. Not surprised with the construction and digging going on in the neighborhood, plus being right on the canal. Did have tiny ants in master bathroom and kitchen by the garbage container but sprayed them and they didn't come back. Carpet in master bedroom is a little worn and ceiling fan didn't work. Overall a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor space. I would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The house is very nice, management is polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with cockroaches in the kitchen and in the closets. I don't think the place was cleaned very well there were old Cheetos behind the bed. The master bedroom mattress has what felt like the start of a sinking area in the mattress. The view from the back patio was very nice!

Great house. Better views

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and the sunsets were a pleasant surprise from the house. Had a dock to tie our boat rental up to. The view was excellent and enjoyed drinking coffee by the water as we made friends with the local dolphins. We had an issue with the dishwasher but they waisted no time in sending someone out to fix it. Only thing we wish we had was a broom and some paper towel for everyday cleaning. Would stay here again.

Loved it!

Beautiful home perfect for our group of 2 moms and 5 boys! The pool and view were breathtaking. The pool table and games kept the children entertained. We were close to beaches and stores. The garage had chairs, beach umbrellas, and pool toys and floats. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back to this very house!

Some tiles around the pool very loose so be careful. There were a lot of ants in the house. We all had a bunch of ant bites. I live in South Florida and know about ants but this was excessive. They do have quite a few ant baits throughout the house, so they are aware of the problem. My biggest issue was the property owner contacting me the day prior to check out to inform me they were stopping by the house to collect electricity usage fee for the stay and a a substantial cleaning fee. They mentioned rental agreement but it was never provided until I noticed it on the counter in a folder a few days after checking in. This was not listed on the VRBO pricing. I went back to the property listing and under details, I did see it but it was all written in German. They have now listed those additional fees in English. Had I known about the extra fees, I would have booked another place. Just beware!!!

You did not meet the checkout appointment with our property management and you did not pay the cleaning costs and electricity consumption! Therefore, we have deducted the costs from the deposit, which has obviously upset you. The ad clearly states that these costs must be paid and that if there are any problems of any kind in the house, our property management can be called at any time and the problem will be solved. Unfortunately, you did not take advantage of this or any other opportunity to contact us. Also, you met with the property management at check-in, not the owner, and the property management communicated everything clearly. Nevertheless, we wish you to find the right property for you in the future and read the ads carefully beforehand.

House was great just had small bugs on counters and around house. Check in and out process was a little annoying due to having to meet up with owner on 2 occasions to review and be charged for electric?? Never done that before! If u wanna add extra charges, I’d rather not use my vacation time to go over it in person and just add into charges, won’t do that again

Hello, you was aware of the extra cleaning and power consumption costs during your booking. Everything is tranparently shown at VRBO. It is a pity if you complain about it afterwards, although you had the possibility to look for another house that handles the costs differently.
