We regret to read that we were not able to provide you with the exceptional experience that we strive to provide all of our guests. The home’s manager has been made aware of your issues and here is what has been done; the ice maker has been repaired, a new coffee maker has been added to the home, and the cable has been fixed. Additionally, the owner of the home is planning on adding new floors and making other updates to the home. Our apologies for any disconnect that you felt in the care that you received as that is not our standard. To clarify, our guest services team reached out to our local management team to address the issues at hand and our local team was sent over on the same day. Unfortunately, the person needed to make the repairs was not available until the next morning at 9 the next morning when they were finally completed. Again, our apologies for the issues you experienced and we hope to have another opportunity to host you again for a truly enjoyable stay!
