CHECK-IN:
You can arrive anytime as there is a self-check-in system with door codes.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, free coffee and tea, microwave, oven and stove.

BATHROOM:
In the bathroom, you can have a bath in your bath tub and wash and dry your clothes.

LIVING-ROOM:
Smart TV. Board games for rainy days, a round table for dinner at home and a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person. Free WiFi in the entire apartment.

BEDROOM:
Comfy double bed, desk and bed sheets and towels are provided and can be changed for longterm stays.

TERRACE:
The highlight of the apartment is its sweet terrace with view on inner courtyards.

The apartment and its terrace are exclusively for you. It's composed of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace. You can use the washer/dryer and watch TV. WiFi is available in the whole apartment.

We live at a 15 minute walk from the apartment and can pass by if you need us. We are available here or on the phone :)

One of the best ways of exploring this city is by getting lost in the streets of the SantàAmbrogio area at a 5 minute walk. This area is Florence's beating heart of culture. Here, you can smell the taste of traditional cuisine, go out for a drink, listen to live music and have a great aperitivo.
All sights, museums, bars and restaurants, as well as markets, are walking distance.
You won't need public transportation.
The station is at a 19 minute walk and can be reached by bus C1, too.

The apartment is on the second floor without elevator.
We can arrange a baby bed for free.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
No parties, no loud noise after 11pm.
