Here there are not only pizzerias and grocery stores, but also a bank with ATM and a pharmacy, a delicious bakery and various specialty stores. The nearest sandy beaches and the small town of Imperia can be reached in 10 km.

The stylishly furnished house in a sunny location offers a special atmosphere with its imposing natural stone walls. The panoramic terrace on the second floor, the seating area with well-equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ and the entire garden with the pool area offers a magnificent, unobstructed far-reaching view over the valley into the olive groves and on the medieval fortified villages.

The house extends over two floors. On the ground floor there are the cozy living area with the fireplace corner, the integrated kitchen with dining area and two bedrooms (double bed 180x200 and two single beds 90x200) and a stylish shower room. Upstairs is the master bedroom (180x200) with its own shower room and a beautiful terrace with sea views.

In the romantic garden you can sit in the shade of the old trees by the private pool with beautiful water features. The pool is upon request open all year round and individually heated if needed.
