Our Favorite Things About The Southside Townhome

Enjoy a convenient Southside location beside Oddstory Brewing, with downtown attractions a short drive away. The fourth-floor balcony offers views of the city and Lookout Mountain. Inside, high-speed internet and a 75-inch smart TV make it easy to unwind. Use your own streaming accounts for movies and shows. A drip coffee maker and Folgers medium-roast coffee are provided, along with a travel crib in the king bedroom closet.



Home Layout

The first floor has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garage entrance and stacked washer and dryer are also on this level.



On the second floor, the open-concept kitchen and dining area is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and essentials for meals at home. The living area has a large sectional and the 75-inch smart TV.



The third floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed, a sofa bed, and a large private bathroom. Across the hall are another full bathroom and a queen bedroom.



The fourth floor has a bedroom with a full-size bed and twin trundle, an office area, a selection of board games, and the large balcony overlooking Chattanooga.



Parking

Complimentary street parking is available, along with a one-car garage at the rear of the home.



Nearby Dining & Attractions

Oddstory Brewing is next door, with craft beer, food, and a family-friendly setting. Downtown Chattanooga’s restaurants and attractions are a short drive away.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire townhome and its one-car garage during their stay.

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer. Uber and Lyft also serve this location.



Other Things to Note:

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



Quiet Hours: The home shares walls with neighboring townhomes. Please observe quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.



Stairs: The townhome spans four floors and has no elevator. Guests must be able to use stairs to access the upper levels.



Grill: There is no grill at this property.



TVs: Cable is not provided. Please use your own accounts for streaming services.
