* **3 downstairs bedrooms**, 2 featuring a queen bed and a King primary suite w/ ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have a 50 inch TV

* **4 full bathrooms** for convenience. 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. There is a bonus half bath ground level.
* **Washer and dryer** conveniently located upstairs in the center of the bedrooms for guest use
