With 3 king bedrooms, a private pool with optional heating, dedicated game space, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to gather, the home makes it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded. Enjoy a day by the pool, fire up the grill for dinner outside, or settle in for foosball, games, and a movie.

Convenient access to the Loop 101 and US-60 puts golf, shopping, dining, spring training, and some of the Valley's most popular destinations within easy reach.

The home's layout works especially well for families and multi-generational groups, with sleeping spaces spread across the property and multiple areas to gather.

Inside

The main living area features a large sectional and 65" 4K Smart TV, with an open dining and kitchen area nearby. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

The kitchen is stocked for meals at home and includes a Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other everyday essentials.

The separate game room gives kids—and adults—their own place to hang out. It includes two full beds, an ensuite bathroom, 55" Smart TV, foosball table, life-size Connect 4, beanbag chairs, and board games. Two Pack 'n Plays are also available for families traveling with little ones.

The primary suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, dedicated workspace, and 55" Smart TV. Two additional bedrooms feature king beds, while another bedroom offers a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle.

The backyard

The private backyard is one of our favorite parts of the home.

Cool off in the private fenced pool, relax beneath the mature citrus trees, or enjoy dinner outside after a day exploring the Valley. The pool ranges from a shallow end to approximately 9 feet deep.

Under the covered patio you'll find outdoor dining for six, additional seating, and a large 5-burner propane grill with grilling tools provided.

Pool heating is available for $50/night.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard, and pool during their stay.

The driveway accommodates two vehicles, with additional street parking available.

Other things to note

We want you to enjoy the home while also being considerate of our residential neighborhood.

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM and are strictly observed.
No parties or events.
Up to two dogs under 50 pounds each are welcome with advance approval. A $175 pet fee applies per stay. Please include all dogs on the reservation.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Security cameras

Three exterior security cameras are present:

• A video doorbell at the front entrance monitors the front doorway and entry area.

• A camera above the garage monitors the driveway and public street.

• A camera beside the pool equipment monitors the pool-equipment area and nearby side-yard/RV gate. It does not monitor the pool, patio, backyard gathering areas, or any interior space.

There are no indoor cameras. Audio recording is disabled on all cameras.

Pool heating is optional and available for an additional charge. Please request heating in advance of your stay so the pool has adequate time to reach temperature.
