A PRIVATE BACKYARD THAT'S RARE FOR THE AREA

A flat, fully fenced, usable backyard is hard to come by in this part of Sammamish, and this one was designed for year-round living. A dense wall of Green Giant arborvitae wraps the entire yard and rises past the second story, giving you complete privacy and a scenic evergreen backdrop from the windows on both floors. Start the morning at the coffee bar with the Breville Barista Touch espresso machine and a coffee grinder, then cook for the whole group with fully stocked cookware, dishes, utensils, spices and pantry basics, a toaster, blender, rice maker, baking sheet, and wine glasses. The dining room seats everyone beneath a crystal chandelier with the deck and grill just outside the sliding doors.
