Calma House was designed as a relaxed coastal retreat where indoor and outdoor living flow together. The layout is especially comfortable for families or groups traveling together, with two separate living areas that allow guests to gather while still enjoying their own space.

The home features a private guest suite with its own bedroom, living area, and bathroom — perfect for grandparents, another couple, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy during the trip.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Main Living Area (1,720 sq ft):
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two full (bunk) beds, plus twin trundle

Private Guest Suite (640 sq ft):
• Bedroom 4: King bed

OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard feels like your own private resort with a salt water swimming pool (NOT HEATED), fire pit, and comfortable outdoor seating designed for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, and relaxed evenings under the stars.

After a day at nearby Anna Maria Island, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for the evening. Grill dinner, enjoy a drink by the pool, gather around the fire pit, or set up a casual game of mini golf or cornhole in the yard.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

Start your morning in our private at-home gym with a ride on the Peloton bike, a workout using the free weights (up to 20 lbs), or roll out the yoga mat for sunrise yoga on the lawn before the day begins. Guests with a Peloton membership are welcome to sign in with their own profile, or simply enjoy the bike’s built-in ride options. The space is simple, intentional, and designed to make it easy to keep your routine while traveling.

GAME ROOM

A dedicated game room brings everyone together with a multi-game table that converts between foosball, billiards, air hockey, and ping pong. Two Pac Man arcade machines loaded with classic games add a nostalgic touch, and a chest filled with board games keeps everyone entertained after a long beach day.

Mini golf and cornhole can also be set up outside for easy games in the backyard.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, whether preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a relaxed dinner after a day out. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the main living space, making it easy to cook while still being part of the conversation.

A dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals, morning coffee, or planning the next day’s adventures.

PARKING

The property includes a private driveway with space for up to three cars. Everyone in your group can park comfortably without needing to coordinate street parking.

BEACH DAYS

Anna Maria Island is just a short 10-minute drive away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are available to make trips to the beach simple and easy.

ANIMALS

Due to medically documented allergies of household members, no animals, including pets, Service Animals, or Emotional Support Animals, are permitted at this listing. If you plan to travel with any animal, please contact us before booking.

Unauthorized animals brought onto the property may result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

SMOKING

This property is smoke free both inside and outside. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS

For safety, exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, side gates, and backyard pool area. No cameras are located inside the home or in any private spaces.
