The villa is situated in a very peaceful location amongst pretty villages in the countryside with great views to the Ionian Sea, Zakynthos and the small Islet of Dias. 'Joanna' boasts 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 kingsize and 1 twin all with ensuite bathrooms. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living area with flat screen TV, DVD, WIFI, offers comfortable relaxing and dining areas, alongside a fully fitted kitchen. This looks out towards the sea and onto a large patio area with pergola and comfortable seating, plus a swimming pool with sunbathing area, sunbeds, a landscaped garden and barbeque. There are some olive trees for natural shade as well as an umbrella. The villa is fully air-conditioned. 'Joanna' is an ideal location for families, couples and friends.
