The Space:

The Stable Studio is a cozy studio, one bathroom retreat located within the original 19th-century stable of the historic Incentra Village House. Combining historic charm with modern comfort, this unique space offers an authentic stay in the heart of the West Village.







Located on the first floor and facing the front of the property, the studio features hardwood floors, classic furnishings, and a full-size bed. The open layout includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Air conditioning and essential amenities provide a comfortable stay for business and leisure travelers alike.







Set in the West Village, guests are steps from local cafes, boutique shopping, and popular restaurants. The High Line, Chelsea Market, Washington Square Park, and the Hudson River waterfront are all nearby. Whether visiting for work or a city escape, The Stable Studio offers a comfortable stay surrounded by the character and charm of downtown Manhattan.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of the West Village, guests can enjoy one of Manhattan’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its historic brownstones, tree-lined streets, boutique shopping, and renowned dining scene. The property is just moments from the High Line, Hudson River Park, Chelsea Market, and the Meatpacking District, with convenient subway access to the rest of New York City.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that there is no washer/dryer in the building; however, several laundromats are conveniently located nearby.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent





All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
