Gather in the KITCHEN equipped with six person table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Foreman Grill, blender, & one-button coffee maker that grinds & brews the local coffee beans available w/every stay.



Relax in the MASTER BEDROOM just a quick two steps up off the living room. Featuring a gorgeous queen-sized canopy bed, premium mattress, ceiling fan, wireless charger nightstands, & direct access to your cozy private balcony for those warm cups of joe in the brisk mountain air.



TWO MORE BEDROOMS downstairs. Two double beds in one room, one twin and one bunk bed accommodating 2-3 children/light adults in another. Both rooms just steps from the full downstairs bath and in-unit washer/dryer. Everything within easy reach.



Complimentary TOWELS, SHEETS, WASHCLOTHS, & BLANKETS, and FANS in every bedroom ready for you on arrival. Air conditioning are window units located in hall outside full and bunk rooms, and upstairs in the open concept living room, kitchen, dining room.



FOR YOUNG FAMILIES we have a Pack-and-Play, foldable changing table, infant booster chair, toys, books, children’s plates/utensils, outlet covers, and a baby gate available for your convenience.



SUMMER is a great time to visit with easy access to dozens of local hiking trails, family-friendly fun (Clark's Bears, Polar Caves, great golfing, scenic railroads) 5 local mountain resorts (Waterville, Loon, Tenney, Cannon, and Campton), a dozen breakfast destinations (include 3 pancake parlors!), local vintage video arcade, microbrewery, and small playground & mini golf just 10m down the road. So much, so close!



SPECIAL OCCASION (birthday, anniversary, etc) packages are available (please ask).



Full access to condo and shared access to basketball (see photos), volleyball, horseshoes, and outdoor community pool in condo (generally Memorial - Labor Day).



Available just a couple taps away via platform messaging (primary) or phone call (backup).



5-10 minute drive to local convenience store, micro-brewery, and shopping/restaurants. 10 min to Waterville and 20 min to downtown Lincoln and Loon Mountain. 30 hiking trails and 7 golf courses within a 15-30 minute drive in summer. Easy access to the spectrum of area foliage in autumn. Central access to Polar Caves, Flume Gorge, Tanger Outlets, and downtown Meredith / Lake Winnipesaukee to the south.



Vehicle with AWD in winter is recommended.



Two cars max per party. Condo is located on a long dirt road, which may be inappropriate for motorcycles. During snow storms, guests must temporarily move cars to ensure plows can clear snow from lots. See house rules. 25+ to book. Only registered guests allowed on property. No parties, no pets, just people.
