The cottage is conveniently located near Camelback Mountain Resort, Kalahari Resorts, Mount Airy Casino, restaurants, breweries, shopping, golf, ATV trails, hiking, waterfalls, skiing, snow tubing and other popular Pocono attractions.

Whether you're visiting in summer for lake days and outdoor adventures, enjoying the fall foliage, skiing in winter, or exploring the trails and waterfalls in spring, there’s always something to do in the Pocono Mountains.

⭐ Guest Access & Parking

Guests have private access to the entire cottage, including all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas.

The Big Bass Lake beach is within walking distance, and guests may also drive to community amenities where parking is available.

The cottage is best accessed by car. The private driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles; please park vehicles one behind the other.

⭐ Important HOA Information

Big Bass Lake requires all guests to be registered before arrival. The required HOA registration fee is included in your reservation costs. We’ll request the information needed to complete registration before check-in.

Changes after registration has been submitted may be subject to a $15 HOA amendment fee.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
• No smoking inside
• Exterior security camera faces the driveway only; no interior cameras
• The cottage does not have central A/C. A window A/C unit is provided during the summer season.
• The cottage is located in a wooded setting, so guests may encounter bugs, wildlife, leaves, pollen or pine needles.
• Propane is not provided for the grill; guests are responsible for refills.
• Refunds are not provided due to weather or natural disasters.
