Welcome to Casa Parocela, our personally owned and operated mid century modern desert retreat. Designed to feel like the Palm Springs getaway we’d want to stay in ourselves, this quiet, centrally located home is just minutes from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. Every detail was chosen for comfort, style, and ease, we hope your stay feels elevated, relaxed, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.

The living area was designed for relaxing after a day in the sun, with large windows, mountain views, comfortable seating, and a clean desert-modern aesthetic throughout. Stream your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV, connect to the Marshall Bluetooth speaker for music throughout the house, or simply unwind with a cocktail as golden hour hits the mountains.

Fast Wi-Fi and a calm, uncluttered layout also make the home ideal for longer stays and remote work.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is stocked with the things we personally appreciate when traveling. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before a hike or cooking dinner to enjoy outside by the fire pit.

RELAXING BEDROOM RETREATS

Comfort was a major priority when designing the bedrooms. Each room includes a 50 inch smart TV, soft lighting, and luxury Quince Giza cotton sheets.

The overall vibe is peaceful, cozy, and intentionally simple, the perfect place to recharge after a day exploring Palm Springs.

POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per day for stays shorter than 7 nights and must be requested 24 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for heating. We generally recommend pool heating from October- March, and occasionally into April depending on weather conditions.

Centrally located in a peaceful residential neighborhood:
3 minutes from Palm Springs Airport
8 minutes to downtown Palm Springs

Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, and local attractions. You’ll be near everything while still feeling tucked away and relaxed.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed around the home. Cameras monitoring the front exterior and driveway remain active during stays. Cameras located near the outdoor dining area and fire pit are disabled during guest stays to ensure privacy. There are no cameras inside the home, and no active cameras monitor private outdoor living spaces while the property is occupied.

NOTE FOR PARENTS WITH CHILDREN AND BABIES

Casa Parocela was designed as a relaxing desert retreat and is not childproof. There is no fence separating the home from the pool and jacuzzi area, and no child specific amenities such as a crib, pack and play, or high chair are provided. Guests traveling with children should carefully consider whether the property is a good fit for their group and supervise children at all times while outdoors.

DOG FRIENDLY STAYS

We know vacations are better with your four legged friends. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $75 per dog applies. We kindly ask that dogs stay off furniture and bedding, are not left unattended at the property for extended periods, and that all pet waste is cleaned up during your stay. Guests are responsible for any pet related damage.
