The Space:

Welcome to your charming North Kansas City bungalow — the perfect cozy retreat for couples, families, or small groups looking for a comfortable stay. This inviting single-level home offers a practical layout, relaxing indoor spaces, and a private backyard area to enjoy during your visit.



Please Note: The basement of the home is a completely separate private living space occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant has their own private entrance and does not share any indoor spaces or amenities with guests. During your stay, you may occasionally see the tenant outside the property, but your accommodations and privacy will not be affected.

NO smoking allowed INSIDE the property.

No parties, events, or unregistered guests

No RV/trailer parking permitted Quiet hours are enforced (11pm-7am)

Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $150 per pet, or $250 for two dogs.

All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.

Please note: We’re unable to accommodate cats due to allergy sensitivities. Kindly let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.
