We had a girls family reunion and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for all and 3 bathrooms. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and a coffee shop with delicious lavender lattes. The outdoor area was great for relaxing at the end of a long day!

This was a perfect stay for our girls trip!! The location was unbeatable to walk to everything. The decor and rooms and outside amenities made our stay feel so special. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Clean and comfortable with a great energy that made us feel instantly relaxed and welcome. The host has thought of every convenience, which made our stay stress free. The amenities are wonderful: hot tub was clean and easy to use, game room was a blast, and the fire pit made the evenings magical. The short walk into Santa Ynez was also much appreciated. All in all, a five-star plus experience. We will definitely book again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. Kitchen had everything needed, and the bathrooms had great amenities. The backyard was stunning, and was a great stay for our pets, my 6 month old nephew, and friends staying with us as well. Also had great local recommendations (including a very close by winery where I Proposed to my girlfriend!)

We had the best time staying at this VRBO for our girls trip! The space itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a group. The location was incredibly convenient—close to town and made getting around so easy.One of the highlights was the fully stocked kitchen, which came in handy when we made breakfast at the house one morning. It had everything we needed and made the stay feel even more like home.The host was fantastic—super communicative, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless from start to finish.Overall, a 10/10 experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

This home was so beautiful and spacious - the pictures don't do it justice! It has great amenities and was so cozy. Would definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or for a larger family gathering. The area (Santa Ynez but especially Solvang) is so cool and unique and there are lots of small wineries in the area.

Great house for a wine tasting weekend with friends!

We loved this house. The setup was perfect for couples and singles. Great location … short walk to dinner in Santa Ynez and close to local wineries in Solvang and Los Olivos. The house was just as pictured - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Nice backyard for BBQ, cocktails, and cornhole. Pool table was a plus too. Definitely recommend!

Great property for large groups

We had a wonderful stay despite bad weather. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the lovely and large outdoor area. Accommodations were great. My only complaint is that the two larger bedrooms sit on top of each other and it’s impossible to get down from the top bedroom without disturbing the people on the bottom bedroom. Very well appointed and lots of things provided to make this a very easy stay for 4 senior couples. Very conveniently located to town.

A relaxing stay in Santa Ynez

The property met the description on VRBO’s website. It is a very clean, wonderfully equipped with all items needed for a relaxing stay including a wide assortment of condiments not normally found in a vacation rental. It is in a rural setting with views of rolling hills off to the East. The house is by far the nicest in the neighborhood. The hostess Eryka is extremely responsive.

We really enjoyed staying here with family and our dogs! It was super comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub and games in the garage. We would definitely book again if we're in the area. Our only note is that the back neighbors' dogs are VERY LOUD and would get upset when our dogs were in the backyard. The dogs also barked a lot at night and in the morning when ours were inside. Thankfully our dogs are not reactive but if you have a fence reactive dog, you might want to consider this factor.
