Summary:

Natural light fills this one-bedroom Kona Bali Kai condo, a good counterpart to the darker volcanic coastline just outside. The home sleeps two across two beds and has a roomy open living area, air conditioning, a full kitchen, cable TV, and a private deck. Sand and surf are steps away, and the complex adds a shared pool, hot tub, and barbecue area for days when you want to stay close. Ali'i Drive brings surf schools, rentals, and ocean activities within reach, with Kona town farther north. Start on the deck with coffee, return after a beach outing, and stay out there for the color of the western sky at day's end. A bright, easygoing choice for two travelers.



The Space:

This 538-square-foot condo has one bedroom, one bath, and two beds for two guests. Natural light fills the roomy open living area, with a large TV for a quiet night in. The full kitchen and air conditioning add comfort, and the private deck gives you an outdoor place to sit after the beach or before heading to the shared barbecue area.



Guest Access:

Guests at Kona Bali Kai enjoy access to the shared pool and hot tub, plus an elevator and garage parking. The grounds feature gardens and beach front views, with ocean access and outdoor seating available for guests to enjoy between excursions.



The Neighborhood:

Ali'i Drive links this part of Kailua-Kona to beach stops, surf watching, food, and town evenings without losing the ocean from the route. Banyans Beach is close, Magic Sands Beach Park is about a mile away, and Pāhoehoe Beach Park is roughly three-quarters of a mile in the opposite direction. Stop at Da Poke Shack nearby, then follow the coast north for Kona town's harbor, shops, and sunset strolls. Kahalu'u Beach Park is farther south for snorkeling.

Awesome place

Loved everything...no complaints...arrived and was greeted by agent which was there to check cleaning of my place...very professional and friendly...it's a place that shows they care...good customer service is becoming very rare but these guys are grade A..thanks guys

Great Kona Condo!

We had a lovely stay in Kona Bali Kai #241. The place is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay on the island. The beach and pool are located across the street and parking is free. The condo has been fully updated and couldn't be better. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we make it back to the island.

Perfect Mini Home in Paradise!!

The house was perfect for a little getaway!! The location was only a couple miles from downtown with amazing views minutes from the front door! The home was very well stocked with stuff for the beach and every kitchen utensil imaginable! The host was very responsive and answered any questions before the trip within hours. Highly recommend!

✨ Awesome stay – clean, comfy, and great location!

I had a great stay here! The AC worked really well to keep the living room cool, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was such a huge plus. The shower was spacious, and although the bedroom was a bit warm, I personally don’t like sleeping with AC on anyway. The location was super convenient – I loved being able to walk right across the street to watch the sunsets. I also used the pool and hot tub almost every day during my stay. The on-site team was friendly, and the unit was nice and clean when I arrived. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location and place was spacious with lots of amenities. 3 stars because internet rarely worked, blinds wouldn’t close and some were missing, and it wasn’t super clean.

Kona condo

Clean and comfortable. It is across the street from the ocean and we watched the sunsets each evening. We also were entertained by local surfers each day and evening. Great location with snorkeling a couple miles south.A “winter storm” was predicted and the owner made sure we were aware of it. He sent a text to notify us that an email would be coming. Great service!

Nice condo with friendly neighbors

Nice little condo in a great location across the road from the beach. Neighbors were friendly, there is staff on site who helped with a few issues right away and were very pleasant. Parking is in a convenient location and you can choose your spot except for the permanently reserved stalls. The chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have and we used them more than we anticipated.

Kona vacation

Pictures are little deceiving but overall a good location. Found a big black hair in the bed so that kinda made the bed not feel clean , bed was soft so if you like a firm mattress it might be a problem. AC was really loud but needed to run or it would be way too warm in the bedroom

Great place on the Big Island

The place was great. It was very clean and parking was free. We did come during a hot spell, so the air conditioner did not keep up with the heat. The bedroom was a little warm to sleep in, but we did circulate the air with the provided fan. The neighbors were friendly and were pretty quiet during the quiet hours. There is really no view of the ocean from this location, but it is just a short walk across the street. For us, we were just looking for a good place to sleep and change, we were on the go most of our week long trip and this place was good for that.

November in Kona

Although this property is situated right on Alii drive - it’s situated right on Alii drive in Kona! The suite was clean and comfortable. All amenities that I needed right at hand. Ocean was directly across the street (you can see the waves from the Kano window. Not even a 2 minute walk to the beach/lawn area. Lawn furniture readily available at the times I went out. Pool was chilly, my grand kids loved it and it was a good shady spot to cool off. There is a free trolley service up and down the length of Alii drive with numerous stops. Ask at the desk for a copy of the schedule. No rental required to come and go right to town. A/C and WIFI worked great in the unit. Road was a bit noisy but I got used to it. Overall a great stay in this unit
