Waikoloa Village is an inland Kohala Coast neighborhood with a calm, residential feel and the Village Course right nearby. The coast is best reached by car, where Anaeho'omalu Bay offers beach time and water activities, while Kings' Shops and Queens' MarketPlace bring together dining, groceries, and browsing. The higher elevation often brings cooling trade winds and broad views. It is a strong choice for guests who appreciate a peaceful setting and want an easy drive to the beach rather than a busy resort doorstep.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, a straightforward drive down the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended since the coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots without much hassle.



Other Things to Note:

Snowbird-friendly. Upon arrival, guests must locate the house rules and registration forms, sign them, and turn them in to the complex manager's office at the Front Office (or place in the plastic bin on the door if unattended) to register stay details and vehicle information. This registration must be completed within 24 hours of arrival; failure to do so will incur a $50 per day fee for each day not registered. All complex parking spots require a parking pass; violators may be fined and/or towed. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
