Entry Level

Tastefully furnished great room and dining area overlooking the entire valley. Powder room, 2 car garage, the first of 3 fireplaces and 3 furnished decks complete the level.

Upper Level (above entry)
Hosts 3 ensuites with full bathrooms. Children's dormer features a peekaboo view of the lake. The level is finished off with the second fireplace and furnished deck.

Lower Level (below entry)
The final level of Treetops houses an oversized den with workspace, 2 standard bedrooms with jack & jill bathroom, and laundry room. The laundry features DUAL high efficiency washers & dryers, related supplies, and iron with board. The level is finished off with the third fireplace and furnished deck.

Children's dormer, has 2 memory foam queens and a trundle bed. All 5 bedrooms feature designer furnishings, memory foam kings, luxury bedding, and ample closet space.

Lake Arrowhead Village
Lake Arrowhead Village shops and restaurants are a quick 2-minute drive and/or 10 minute walk. Sky Park at Santa’s Village, about a 10-minute drive.

Lake Arrowhead Access
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. However, short-term rental guests staying at our home can access some features such as Beach Club access as the property has “lake rights” as well as necessary membership. The lake is a separate business from ours, so contact the Arrowhead Lake Association regarding questions.

Public Lakes and Trails
There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well. Go online for details specific to each.

Neighborhood
Treetops Lodge is located directly off of Hwy 173 in town center. Beautiful 7 minute walk to Village shops and restaurants.

Blue Jay Village
Downtown Blue Jay is a short 3-mile drive and home to Jensen’s Foods, Starbucks, and numerous retail shops & restaurants.
