Pet Policy:
Pet Fee: $75 per stay (maximum of 2 dogs).
Guidelines:
• Keep dogs off furniture and beds at all times.
• Crate pets when leaving the premises.
• Always leash pets when outdoors and supervise them closely.

Trash Policy:
• All trash must be bagged and taken to the designated disposal sites:

• Fees may apply for any trash left behind.

Fireplace:
A gas fireplace is provided in the living room for your convenience and enjoyment. No firewood needed.

Thermostat:
• Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay.
• Upon checkout, please return the thermostat to 65°F.

Kitchen Cleanup:
• Clean the kitchen after meals, including washing and putting away all used dishes.
• Avoid additional cleaning fees by leaving the kitchen in good condition.

BBQ Use:
• After use, clean the grill thoroughly and turn off the propane valve.
• A fee may apply for excessive cleaning or if the propane tank is left on.

Spa Instructions:
• Before Use: Rinse off oils, lotions, and sunscreen.
• During Use: Spas are set to optimal temperatures for max relaxation. Please do not touch spa controls.
• After Use: Secure the cover tightly.
• Fees may apply for a drain & refill if water is left excessively dirty.

Snow Removal:
• A shovel and salt are provided for your use.
• Snow plow services will automatically arrive during or after 3 inches of snowfall.
