Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.

For your convenience, the home features self check-in with a smart lock, allowing you to arrive anytime after check-in without coordinating key pickup. Your unique access code and detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.
*Guests are responsible for purchasing and replacing propane gas for the BBQ grill as needed during their stay. We do not stock propane.
*Due to Texas weather and our warm climate, you may occasionally see a bug indoors, especially after rain or during seasonal changes. The home is professionally treated by a pest control company on a regular schedule. To help keep pests outside where they belong, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
