Beautiful home that’s been completely remodeled. House was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed both the front porch rocking chairs and the backyard seating area. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants.

What a gorgeous property! We loved our time here and JP was an amazing host! Both the indoor and outdoor space was perfectly put together and comfortable. Would love to come back every time we are in Cape Charles.

This is the nicest and most comfortable home we have stayed in while in Cape Charles. The fenced back yard is lovely and perfect for the dogs. Locations is great, right by the park and close to beach and Main Street. The home had everything we needed and more. Beautifully updated and sparkling clean. We loved our stay!

This is a very lovely home. Its very clean and spacious enough for a large group.We only stayed for one night but JP our host was very accommodating. If the occasion arises we would love to book again for a longer stay.

We loved our stay in cape Charles. The proximity to the beach was hard to beat and the addition of the golf cart to cruise around the area made our stay unforgettable. The house was beautiful and clean.

We loved our stay here! The property is a beautifully bright, clean space that felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was spotless, well-maintained, and filled with lots of natural light for an open and airy feel. The vibe itself is cozy- a perfect balance of renovated rustic charm with modern upgrades. Additionally, the host was kind enough to let us check-in an hour early because we got there earlier than expected and it was rainy. Overall, a pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Our typical Cape Charles rental house was booked for our planned week and so we took a chance on this property and dare I say, loved it more than our regular rental! It's a lovely light filled space with just the right amount of Cape Charles charm. We won't hesitate to book it again.

This place was a real gem. Spacious, gorgeous kitchen to enjoy and gather around while cooking a meal. It had plenty of rooms to move around. Unfortunately the Nor eastern rain did not allow us to spend time in the lovely backyard, however we did take a moment to go walking around the neighborhood to get coffee and visit the downtown area. We will be back in the Spring. JP was a very attentive host. Thank you JP.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay\! The home is beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well maintained\. It’s clear the hosts have thought of every detail, providing high\-end amenities that made our stay both comfortable and memorable\. The location is perfect—just a few blocks from the beach—and the included golf cart was a fun and incredibly convenient way to get around Cape Charles\. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be back\. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area\!

This was our family’s first time visiting Cape Charles, and we absolutely fell in love! It was so beautiful and charming, almost like something straight out of a movie.The house was gorgeous and homey, spacious enough for our family, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were great, the fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we loved the fire pit setup with plenty of firewood already waiting for us in the shed. JP was wonderful to work with and so kind throughout our stay! When the golf cart stopped working, he went above and beyond by arranging a rental replacement for our family for the remainder of our trip. That is truly first-class service, and we appreciated it so much! We visited over Halloween weekend, and the neighborhood was decorated so adorably. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we first arrived, an older gentleman stopped and gifted us fresh pomegranates he had just picked from a tree. Such a sweet and unexpected gesture that perfectly captures the charm of this little town! Our 9-year-old had the best time playing football on the beach, taking golf cart rides and our 2-year-old absolutely loved riding his bike along the sidewalks. And they both loved the playground! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, JP, for making our first Cape Charles getaway so special for our family!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this charming Cape Charles home! The pictures don’t do it justice!The location couldn’t have been better - the house is set back from the street with a nice sized front yard in a part of town that felt very peaceful. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained and every room felt relaxing and ready for guests. Everywhere in Cape Charles that you’d want to go is a short walk away; shops and restaurants, the park, the beach and the pier. The house itself blends original charm with thoughtful updates and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and each room was well designed and welcoming. We loved having the golf cart included as this kept us from the bother of renting and returning a cart. The golf cart made getting around town so fun and easy. The fenced-in backyard was especially wonderful for our family. It gave the kids a safe, contained space to play and made watching the kids easier. The backyard has a fire pit, grill, smoker, yard games and plenty of seating. Also having beach chairs, boogie boards, and other gear ready to go was a nice touch. This home made our beach vacation easy, relaxing, and memorable. We’d happily come back! Communication with our host was excellent—easy, direct, and efficient. JP was responsive, helpful, and made everything about our stay feel seamless.

What a delight! The front porch just begs you to sit on the comfy chairs and watch the world go by. The house has the original hardwood floors, except for kitchen and baths, and they’re spectacular. The kitchen and baths have been fully updated. The kitchen is well stocked, yet leaves plenty of room for whatever food you may bring. Beds are comfortable, sheets are 100% cotton. The house is very clean. The seating and fire pit in the backyard will call to you in the evening. I can’t say enough, so I’ll sum it up by saying, it’s like coming home.

This home was absolutely lovely and well appointed. The kitchen was sparkling clean with all of the utensils, cups, and cookware we needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the Moccamaster coffee machine which was very easy to use. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Our pup also loved the enclosed backyard. The included golf cart and beach necessities were also so convenient. Our host communicated quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Cape Charles!
