WINTER BOOKINGS:
- 4x4/AWD IS REQUIRED FOR WINTER BOOKINGS
- Tire chains are recommended and may be necessary depending on weather conditions
- Please note that any costs associated with vehicles becoming stuck are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.


FIRE PITS:
Due to Kanab County Fire Restrictions the lower open fire pit is NOT to be used at any point.


NOTICE OF CAMERAS:
There is an outdoor camera facing the driveway/road as well as the bottom of the Driveway. This enables us to help monitor snow conditions on the driveway.
