Relaxation on the water! 50sqm luxury houseboat in the middle of the nature of the Oderbruch

Vacation by the river! Here you can relax and unwind. Lie in the hammock at the bow and watch the Alte Oder flow by. Have a drink on the rooftop terrace and enjoy the sunset. No cars or houses obstruct the panoramic view, only greenery, water, and nature with many birds to be seen. The boat was completed in 2021 and is only available for rental while docked.

The entire boat was built with high-quality materials, including genuine wood parquet flooring and solid oak built-in furniture. The décor is modern with nautical elements.

The kitchen and living room share a large space with panoramic views of the water. Open the sliding door to the spacious terrace at the bow and let nature in! Relax on the comfortable yellow sofa in front of the fireplace during colder months. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.

You can access the 60 sqm panoramic deck via an indoor staircase. It's a great place to spend the whole day in the summer. The terrace is equipped with a large round dining table with chairs and seat cushions for relaxation. A sunshade can be stretched out in case of too much sun.

The bathroom is designed with seamless concrete optics. It features a large, floor-level shower, an oak washstand, a toilet (not a marine toilet), and underfloor heating.

In the bedroom, you'll sleep slightly elevated to have an unobstructed view of nature, and to provide space for the life jackets in the bed box. There is plenty of space on the clothes rail in the bedroom to store your clothes.

Additional important information:

The boat is only available for rental while docked. Renters are informed that the regulation on the commercial rental of sport boats on inland waterways applies. It's displayed on board, along with a certified copy of the boat's certificate.

The renter must ensure that no more than 4 people are on board at any time. There are four life jackets on board, and one lifebuoy each on the jetty and at the boat's stern.

The boat is located in the middle of nature, which includes mosquitoes, wasps, dragonflies, and spiders. But there are also silver herons, kingfishers, and beavers to watch. A houseboat is not a holiday bungalow. There are some things to consider, such as water and wastewater management, as well as power supply.
