Explore the property’s 60 wooded acres from the house’s backyard!



The Falcone Lodge has close proximity to Turkey Run State Park (2 miles) and Parke County’s covered‑bridge attractions. The immediate area is agricultural, with scenic country roads, not many neighbors, hiking and river access nearby, with small‑town services in Marshall and larger services in nearby towns (Rockville, Crawfordsville, Terre Haute). The vibe is outdoorsy and relaxed during every season!



Expect 15–30 minute drives to nearby small towns for groceries, etc. The Falcone is secluded - it is exactly 1.5 miles from the corner of Narrows and Henley Road (near The Narrows covered bridge). There is a sign clearly marking the wooded lane on the left side of the road, while a black mailbox with the house number is on the right side of the road.



Large 2nd floor master bedroom with king bed has an attached private bathroom.

1st floor master bedroom with king bed has a tv with bathroom across the hall.

3rd and 4th bedroom in the basement area are twin over queen bunk beds - each bedroom sleeps 3.

Additions:

We do provide one pack and play (sheets included) that is located in the closet of the main floor bathroom. Also provided is a portable high chair located on the shelf in the laundry room.

Games and books are located in the basement corner safe (the safe is for decoration purposes only with the lock disabled).

We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid for liability reasons.
