This is a fully updated property from floor to ceiling. There is new paint inside and out, with fully updated bathrooms including flooring/vanity and sinks/toilets and fixtures. The design is simplistic modern with odes to mid century. It is comfortable and sleek with tile through out the entire house. Rooms and spaces accented with ROKU TVs, rugs, and lamps as appropriate. We aim for the space to be comfortable yet aesthetically appealing. Wi-Fi is fast, communications are stable, and the home as a whole remains functional for singles, families, leisure, or work! The yard is routinely mowed and manicured, and the backyard furniture has been upgraded since photos!

You will have access to the entire livable space, including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower and toilets, one office with generous sitting space, a full living room with large TV and leather couch, extra sitting space and gas fireplace, a full and highly functional dream kitchen with sit-in dining space, an ADDITIONAL living room and sitting space with extra couch, seating, and small library with TV. This space is frequently used as a kids area with entertainment console connectivity should you bring your favorite gaming system.
