Getting Around:

Street parking right beside the house is always available and free. If you notify us beforehand, further parking can be provided

This is a private basement suite in a residential Vancouver home, so guests may occasionally hear normal household or neighbourhood sounds. Hastings-Sunrise is a quiet, local area with easy access to cafes, restaurants, parks, transit, and downtown Vancouver by car or bus. Please be mindful of quiet hours and respectful of the home and surrounding neighbours.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay, but we’re available if anything comes up. Before arrival, we’ll send a digital guidebook with check-in details, access instructions, Wi-Fi, house notes, and local recommendations to help make your stay smooth and easy.
