THE HOME
Oyster Manor is not a typical vacation rental. Built in 2019 and designed with intention throughout, this 2,600-square-foot custom coastal home sits elevated above the salt marshes of Vilano Beach — one of St. Augustine's most sought-after and private residential neighborhoods. The panoramic marsh views visible from the grand room, and the upper deck are simply unmatched.

The layout spans two floors with a ground-floor living suite with two bedrooms and a showstopping upper level that opens into a grand open-plan great room, chef's kitchen, formal dining room, and the full-width covered balcony overlooking miles of uninterrupted tidal grasslands. Sleeps 6 across three well-appointed bedrooms.

UPPER LEVEL — THE HEART OF THE HOME
Step off the staircase onto the upper level and the view hits you before anything else. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the salt marsh to the north — This is the view guests come back for. Private, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The great room, chef's kitchen, and dining room flow together in one expansive open plan. Step north onto the covered balcony for panoramic Intracoastal views around the fire pit table, or slip south to the private balcony with an outdoor Smart TV and a grill that means dinner never has to go far. A dedicated laundry room and half bathroom mean everything you need is right here. Once you arrive on the second floor, there is very little reason to leave.

LOWER LEVEL
Step through the front door into a space designed for rest and ease. Two generously sized bedrooms, two full en-suite full bathrooms, living room with smart TV and couch.

THE POOL & SPA
A private heated pool and heated spa are tucked into the side yard, enclosed by white picket fencing for privacy. Both the pool and spa can be heated year-round. The combination of heated water and the Vilano Beach neighborhood setting makes this one of the most desirable outdoor setups.

THE OUTDOOR CABANA KITCHEN
The cabana is where evenings at Oyster Manor come to life. A full outdoor sectional, propane fire pit table, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a BBQ smoker make this a dedicated outdoor living room — equal parts cookout station and sunset lounge. Located next to the pool and spa, the cabana delivers an outdoor experience that most vacation rentals simply cannot match.

THE GOLF CART RENTAL
A 6-seater electric golf cart is available to rent during your stay — the easiest way to navigate Vilano Beach. Ride to the beach access and cruise through the neighborhood.

Golf cart rental rates are the following:
>1 night: $200.00
>3–6 nights: $500.00
>7–12 nights: $800.00
>13+ nights: $1,200.00

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP
The Usina Boat Ramp — direct Intracoastal Waterway access — is just minutes away, with trailer parking available. The driveway accommodates most boat trailers.

Garage: Beach supplies including 7 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach cart with cooler, kids beach toys, beach umbrella, 6-seater electric golf cart is available to rent, washer and dryer, and refrigerator. **The bicycles and vehicle in the garage are off limits**

Outdoor Shower: Private, fully fenced heated outdoor shower.
