Welcome to Coastal Therapy a brand new 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach house on the sand. The perfect combination of luxury & comfort with breathtaking views. First floor has 2 bedrooms, living area & kitchenette. Second is the main living area with a large kitchen 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Comes with all the essentials for your beach stay. Conveniently between St. Augustine & Ponte Vedra, you`ll have easy access to all the dining, shopping, & entertainment options.

The FIRST FLOOR is bright and open with ocean views starting as you stand on the front door. As you enter you will find the foyer that leads to the downstairs entertaining area, with a convinient Kitchette for those beach barbecues. Also you will see the washer & dryer closet and the 50 x 18 Paver deck with patio furniture. First floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with double full bunk beds. SECOND FLOOR is very open with amazing ocean views, Big fully stocked kitchen open with a large sit down countertops facing the dining and in the living areas. Plenty of space to entertain. Also there are two additional bedrooms and two bath. The first is a VIP room with a king size bed, a large full bathroom located next to the living area. The next bedroom is the PRIMARY room also king size bed with a very large bathroom features a jet tub which faces the ocean. In the second floor you also will find a 50 X 9 feet balcony deck where you will enjoy that morning coffee, sunrise or just sit and wind down. This home is brand new including all furniture and fixtures Professionally decorated

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2026. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the beach. It is set up for a large family with 4 bedroom and 3 baths. Great house with high-end finishes. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. The home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 25 min drive north to Sawgrass PGA Golf course and Jacksonville

Private beach, very large driveway with plenty of parking, high end appliances, lots of windows. 2026 updated with all new furniture and fully stocked kitchen. It is gorgeous and will not disappoint
