The home was as advertised as a new home. Beautifully decorated and absolutely clean and spotless. Footsteps to beach and without the crowds. Quiet, relaxing, and easily accessible. Close to great dining and grocery store. Aunt Kate's restaurant is a must for sunsets and less than a mile from the home. We'll be back!

Spent a week with my family in early April. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. Beach is right outside the door and was easy to access. Grocery right down the road and only a short drive to downtown. Property came with all we needed for a beach day (chairs, towels, toys). The inside of the property is immaculate and all fixtures and furniture were high end. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 to mingle and yet have our own space too. The house was true to the pictures but even prettier in person. Check in was simple and the owner and property manager were available if we needed them. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation. We will be coming back.

This home exceeded all of our expectations. It’s in excellent condition, fully equipped, and no one wanted to leave. The location is incredible — step right outside for long beach walks or relax while watching and listening to the waves.The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and waking up to ocean views from the primary bedroom was amazing. The living area and kitchen are perfect for a group, with beautiful beach views and every utensil and appliance we needed. We cooked at home more than expected and loved using the beach-front BBQ.The home was very family-friendly, with beach toys that our kids (ages 3–8) used all day while playing in the sand. It’s also conveniently located near Publix and just 15 minutes from St. Augustine. We even fit in a round at TPC Sawgrass.Our only regret was not staying longer. Highly recommend — we’re already planning our return.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2026. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the beach. It is set up for a large family with 4 bedroom and 3 baths. Great house with high-end finishes. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. The home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 25 min drive north to Sawgrass PGA Golf course and Jacksonville

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Private beach, very large driveway with plenty of parking, high end appliances, lots of windows. 2026 updated with all new furniture and fully stocked kitchen. It is gorgeous and will not disappoint
