House Rules
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license.
A $500 security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
Must follow all house rules!
No smoking/vaping. No parties or events.
Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
Quiet time is from 11pm-7am daily.
No unapproved parties or events.
No fireworks.
Parking for up to 6 cars, no off street parking allowed, don't park on the grass .
Pet fee of $100 per pet fee, must be crated if you leave the house, must pick up after your pet.
We are pet friendly
All pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside of the property.
Pets must be kept on a leash when outside
Pets miss their owners when you are gone; please remember to crate when you leave.
Guests must notify the host of any damage caused by their pets and will be responsible for any repairs or replacement costs.
Guests must bring their own pet bedding and food bowls.
Guests must ensure their pets do not disturb the neighbors or other guests.
Guests are responsible for any injuries caused by their pets to other guests or the host's property.
The host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if excessive pet hair or other pet-related messes are left behind.
