Check in time 4PM, Check out Time 10am.

Code will be provided to enter beach pool and the beach gate.

Starter kit including hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper, towels, linens provided for 6 guests. Additional necessities per guest needs can be arranged by the guests.

No loud noise or parties at any given time, Quiet hours 10PM - 6 AM.

Only registered guests at the time of booking to be on the property.



Please note-

We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named-storm. As a general rule we will only refund or allow a date change if Local authorities have issued a voluntary evacuation order for our area.

Hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather related protection either through Airbnb or otherwise to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes in plans.
