The refined yet relaxed atmosphere instantly puts you at ease from the moment you enter. Master bedroom offers a king bed. Bathroom connected that offers a tub & a walk in shower. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, with a connecting bath that offers a shower/tub combo. In the hallway you will find the twin/twin bunk beds. The bunk beds are meant for children only. Please note this unit offers a gulf view but is not gulf front.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances, complemented by a dining area featuring a generously sized table and chairs. Unwind in the living room, whether you're enjoying a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen or capturing the breathtaking sunset after an extraordinary day on Panama City Beach.
This condo strikes the perfect balance between room size and value, making it an ideal choice for families. Indulge in the unparalleled view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, where you can relax and take in the awe-inspiring panoramic scenery.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. No exceptions.
âââââââPer the resort only two vehicles allowed per condo.
Resort Fees & Parking: Grand Panama will collect a resort fee of $55.00 as well as a $50.00 pet fee (per pet) which includes a parking pass for 1 vehicle, wristbands, and dog sleeves. The new pet fee will be $50 for a 1-7 night stay and $5 for each additional night.
A second vehicle parking pass may be purchased for an additional $35.00. Motorcycle passes can be purchased for $55.00. Two vehicle limit per unit. Parking passes, along with wristbands, can be obtained at the parking registration desk in the lobby of Tower 2. Parking passes must be displayed with the info visible in the front windshield of the vehicle. Towing is strictly enforced for vehicles that are not registered, or their parking pass is not displayed properly. Please note trailers, scooters, micro cars, and golf carts are not allowed to be parked on the property. Replacement cost for any lost parking tag will be $30. Replacement cost for a lost wristband will be $10.00. In the case where a guest/renter arrives after 11:00 p.m., a short-term parking authorization will be issued by security allowing the person to park. The appropriate parking pass must be obtained at the registration desk in the lobby and displayed in the vehicle no later than noon the following day. Any renter that violates the parking rules will be subject to booting and/or towing and a $150 fine.
This unit is dog friendly. This unit allows 2 dogs under 25 pounds. The resort only allows dogs under 25 pounds. A $250.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested after booking. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or any of our beds. All dogs must be picked up after. If the dogs are left inside of the unit alone both dogs must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team will need to be able to access the unit safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.
Pet owners desiring to bring a dog on property must complete & submit a form & obtain approval prior to bringing their pet. Failing to do so is subject to denial of the animal being allowed on the property. A pet tag will be given & must be displayed on the animal while on the property. Pets on the list of dangerous breeds are band which includes Pure or mixed breed Akita; American Pit Bull Terrier; American Staffordshire Terrier; Catahoula Leopard; Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Husky; Malamute; Pit Bull; Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Staffordshire Bull Terrier; Wolf. Guests must provide the completed animal registration form, proof of vaccinations, applicable documentation for emotional dogs/cats or service to receive a pet tag at front desk located in the Grand Panama Tower 2 Lobby prior to bringing the pet on premises. Service animals must meet the requirements of a legally recognized disability under the Americans with Disability Act. Emotional support animals owners must provide a letter, dated before check-in, from his/her physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or another mental health professional who is the registered health care provide stating that the person has a disability and that the animal alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of the person's disability. Any service animal or emotional support animal must be in compliance with the resort's animal registration requirements.
Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals â Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach kiosk in front of the resort. Contact the beach service team for advance rentals.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities, just to get you through the first night. One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 pack of cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar of soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & one conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around and not put back additional charges will apply.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
