Whether you're coordinating a multi-family Fourth of July or a big extended family reunion, everyone has their own place to land.
Inside, the open living area is anchored by a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that frame the lake like a painting. The kitchen is fully loaded — two dishwashers included, because nobody came to PK to do dishes.

The Yard & Covered Patio
The yard is genuinely one of the best on the Gaines Bend peninsula — wide, green, and shaded by mature trees. The covered outdoor living area with cushioned seating, ceiling fan, and those sweeping sliding glass doors gives you a front-row seat to the water without leaving the shade. Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and hammocks round out the outdoor spaces. Fire pit under the stars at night.

The Water
Nearly 200 feet of private shoreline with a full stone retaining wall and stair access connects the yard directly to the water. The dock is a destination in itself — a covered outdoor lounge with string lights, a full sofa, a porch swing, and all the good vibes that come with watching the sun go down over PK. Water carpet off the dock for swimming, three kayaks with life jackets for exploring, and easy tie-up access if you're arriving by boat. Hell's Gate is five minutes away.
Binoculars provided — the wildlife watching from the dock is worth it.
