Hot chocolate or wine by the stone fireplace, s’mores on the deck at sunset, and plenty of space for the whole family — welcome to Baumhaus, your custom prow-style mountain home in Lake Arrowhead.

Whether you’re escaping the summer heat (it’s typically 10–15°F cooler here in the mountains) or enjoying crisp winter air and possible snow, this home delivers relaxation and fun. Sip coffee on the deck with peek-a-boo lake views while the kids and dogs play in the fully fenced backyard.

We created this space with everything we wished for on our own family stays: thoughtful amenities, relaxed policies, and genuine comfort.

Home Layout (3 floors)

Main floor: Welcoming entry/mudroom, spacious living room with stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and master bedroom.
Upper floor: Open loft with TV, two additional bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Lower level: Large game room with twin bunk bed, full bathroom, ping pong, shuffleboard, wall-mounted Pac-Man, Nintendo 64 (GoldenEye, Mario Kart & more), poker table, plus tons of toys, books, and games for all ages.

Outdoor & Location Highlights

Fully fenced backyard (mild slope — please supervise dogs as forest critters visit). Terraced side and front yards. Basketball hoop in the quiet cul-de-sac street.

Private driveway parking for 3 cars (4 with overflow). Only two steps from car to mudroom.

Quiet cul-de-sac location. Minutes to hiking trails; ~10-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village for restaurants, shopping, and lake activities.

Relaxed House Policies

We want your stay to feel like a true vacation. 11 AM checkout gives you a relaxed morning with that second cup of coffee. Just take the trash out when full — no extra cleaning fees or full laundry/bathroom deep-clean requirements.
