'The Blue Lake House' is located just 0.3 miles from Lake Arrowhead Village.
This 1,650 SF home sleeps 8 guests w/ 3 bdrms (includâg a King bed) + loft (w/ a dedicated work space), 2 bthrms, updated kitchen (dining table seats 8), wood-burning fireplace, 3 smart TVs. Blazing Wifi. Deck with natural gas BBQ.
Private neighborhood w/ tall green trees & peekaboo lake views. Unlimited EV Charging for $25 flat fee.

Four Important Notices:
1) Like most houses in Arrowhead, we do NOT have central A/C. HOWEVER, we do have a â2-tonâ single-vent system in the MAIN LIVING AREA (w/ compressor on outside of house). The bedrooms have fans, if needed.
2) The lake & lake trail are private property. If you are interested in access, plz just let me know so we can talk thru the process. Also, Lake Gregory is only 8.5 miles away w/ a water park, slides, fishing, peddle boats, SUP boards, etc.
3) We were burned by bad renters who threw a big party. Consequently, we committed to our neighbors to having our guests DocuSign our House Rules. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD â thank you for understanding!
4) Dogs: cleanliness is a high priority. We charge an extra $100/pet for a deep clean - this transaction is handled via a follow-up transaction w/in this app. We require you to notify us at time of booking. We ask that your dog be well behaved, stay downstairs, & off all beds & furniture.
You'll have access to entire house except locked master closet & basement (unless we agree to your special access for equipment storage, like bikes, skis, snowboards, etc).
The main level is spacious and bright with high vaulted ceilings & large windows. It features a well-appointed kitchen. Living room includes leather recliner couches, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (we provide supplies for your first night's fire), & 65â smart Roku TV w/ a sound bar/Bluetooth speaker (Netflix included; consider bringing log-in credentials or your own HDMI device for your favorite streaming services. Internet is blazing fast!).
The downstairs bedroom (Cal King & Roku TV) & upstairs master (Queen & Roku TV) features premium cotton sheets. Wireless phone chargers on all 4 nightstands. The downstairs bedroom also includes a small desk - perfect for a laptop.
Bunk bed room (aka slumber party room) on 2nd floor includes 2 twin beds & a queen bed on top (you need to be athletic to climb up to the queen bed).
The loft features a futon/double bed (can be bright in the morning). Loft also includes a work space w/ USB mouse/keyboard & large 32â monitor (w/ HDMI cable) for a laptop. Also, an 1980âs-style Arcade Machine w/ 412 games, including Pac-Man, Centipede, Dig-Dug, Space Invaders, Frogger, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etcâŠ
The deck features a gas BBQ & table (seats 4) for outdoor dining & enjoying the fresh mountain air.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics, including coffee maker (w/ starter supplies).
Bathrooms come stocked with high quality towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner.
This house is complete with full-size washer/dryer & detergent.

There is NO cable/satellite/local TV reception, but 3 smart Roku TVâs w/ strong broadband wifi.
We have cloud-storage video cameras outside & in private storage areas. These are for safely & verification of occupancy numbers.
Both bathrooms have showers, but no bath tubs. The upstairs bathroom is small.
Without snow, the driveway accommodates 4 parked cars. However, only 3 cars with snow, due to snow plow piles. There is absolutely NO parking off the property w/out getting towed.
The Blue Lake House is on a narrow private paved road w/ a private snow plow service. This service may NOT be as good as county service on public roads. Chains and/or 4-wheel drive are highly recommended during the winter months. Bring them up w/ you.
This is a tight quiet private neighborhood. Partying / loud music is STRICTLY prohibited & fines will be imposed if the Sheriff is called. We ask that you respect our hood & the peaceful environment it provides. If you are the noisy type, we kindly ask you to book elsewhere.
We allow the neighbors behind our house to occasionally access Blue Lake Road on foot via our driveway - this is very rare, but possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This cabin has been in our family for about 25 years. Because my family loves it so much, my Mom gifted it to us as an early inheritance. in Jan '21. My wife & I spent every weekend for the first 6 months of '21 updating & redecorating the house together.
