Nestled on the shores of 10 Mile Lake and surrounded by lush Oregon forest, this charming tiny cabin offers a unique blend of rustic character and modern comfort. Thoughtfully designed to maximize space while maintaining a cozy cabin atmosphere, the interior features vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, abundant natural light, and peaceful views of the surrounding trees.



The open-concept living area centers around a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens, plush pillows, bedside lighting, and a Smart TV. Large glass doors and windows bring the outdoors in, creating a bright and relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the Oregon Coast. A comfortable loveseat provides additional seating for reading, watching your favorite shows, or simply enjoying the tranquil setting.



Preparing simple meals is easy with the convenient kitchenette. While this is not a full kitchen, it is well equipped for breakfast, snacks, and light meals during your stay. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, and other small appliances.



The kitchenette includes a sink that also serves as the bathroom sink. Please note that the property is supplied by a private well. The well water is NOT potable and may have a noticeable natural sulfur/mineral odor. It should not be used for drinking. Filtered drinking water is provided for guests during their stay.



A comfortable loveseat, provides a convenient spot for remote work, morning coffee, or planning the day's adventures. High-speed Wi-Fi allows guests to stay connected while enjoying a peaceful lakeside setting.



The sleeping area features a Queen bed with soft linens and cozy cabin-inspired décor. Overhead loft storage adds character to the space while maintaining an open and airy feel.



The bathroom is compact yet thoughtfully appointed with a walk-in shower, small cabinet **NO SINK, quality linens, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials for guest convenience. The cabin utilizes an eco-friendly composting toilet system, with simple instructions provided for guest use.



Step outside and enjoy your own private outdoor retreat. The outdoor space includes comfortable seating and a BBQ grill, making it easy to enjoy meals surrounded by nature. Just steps away, guests have access to a private dock extending onto 10 Mile Lake, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, wildlife watching, fishing, kayaking, or simply taking in the peaceful waterfront scenery. Owner has provided Kayaks with lifejackets, and a fishing pole for guest use. Kayaks require a permit & whistle (both provided and attached to the life jackets. Please use these items at your own risk.***The dock and waterfront area should be used responsibly, and children should be supervised at all times.



The property is surrounded by mature trees, ferns, and native vegetation, creating a secluded and relaxing atmosphere that feels worlds away while remaining conveniently close to area attractions.



FREE onsite parking is available for guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire cabin, private deck, BBQ area, and dock. The cabin is

situated on a larger waterfront property but enjoys its own dedicated outdoor space and private

entrance. Kayaks, life jackets and (1) fishing pole available for guest use.

Located on picturesque 10 Mile Lake near Lakeside and North Bend, this cabin offers the perfect combination of lakefront serenity and convenient access to Oregon's spectacular South Coast. Guests can enjoy the peaceful setting of the lake while remaining just a short drive from shopping, dining, and coastal attractions.



Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, crabbing, and wildlife-viewing opportunities. The Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Bastendorff Beach, Horsfall Beach, and Shore Acres State Park are all within easy reach.



North Bend and neighboring Coos Bay offer excellent restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, grocery stores, and local shopping. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or a quiet retreat surrounded by nature, 10 Mile Lake provides an unforgettable Oregon Coast experience.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area.

• 10 minutes to Downtown North Bend

• 15 minutes to Downtown Coos Bay

• 15 minutes to Oregon Dunes Recreation Area

• 20 minutes to Bastendorff Beach

• 25 minutes to Shore Acres State Park

• 15 minutes to Southwest Oregon Regional Airport

The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, fishing, kayaking, beachcombing, and exploring the Oregon Coast.



Other Things to Note:

We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.

~This property does NOT accept pets of any kind. Unauthorized pets brought into the property will result in a $250 penalty.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

• Owner's live on site and do have a dog and a cat that may roam around the property. They might come and say hi!

• Maximum occupancy is (2) guests.

• No smoking anywhere on the property.

• Self Check-In available with electronic lock.

• Check-In is anytime after 4:00 PM.

• Check-Out is by 11:00 AM.

• This cabin utilizes a composting toilet. Simple operating instructions are provided for guest convenience.

• The property is located in a natural wooded environment.

• The dock and waterfront area should be used responsibly, and children should be supervised at all times.

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property

manager available for emergencies.
