Our beautifully remodeled lake-view Condo nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on Canyon Lake is the perfect spot for your next trip! This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat has been thoughtfully updated from top to bottom with stylish furnishings, comfortable bedding, and coastal décor designed to make you feel right at home.

One of the most unforgettable parts of staying here is the wildlife. Friendly deer visit the property daily and often eat right from your hand or off the balcony! You may even spot foxes wandering through the area. Combined with the peaceful surroundings and scenic views, it creates a truly unique Hill Country experience!

The condo includes twin-over-twin bunk beds that are perfect for children. While the bunks feature standard foam mattresses and are generally comfortable for kids, adults may prefer the Murphy bed or master bedroom for the best night’s sleep.

Up to 2 additional children under 13 may be added for $25 per child. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Please Note: This condo is located on the 2nd floor and requires climbing stairs.

We provide free unlimited Wifi, Hair Dryer, Bathroom Towels, 4 Beach Towels, Linens/Pillows, Iron/Board, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash as well as a starter amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish/Hand Soap, Coffee/Sugar/Creamer, etc.
Our condo also has a Washer/Dryer on site for guest use (coin laundry – takes Quarters only).
We pride ourselves on cleanliness and high-end linens as we want our guests to enjoy the home as their own.

After booking, reach out if interested in receiving my huge Welcome Book (sent 72 hours prior to arrival) earlier to help plan your trip as it has a huge list of recommendations for the Island and detailed info/tips to answer any questions you may have for arriving on Island, getting around and TONS of things to do!!

72 Hours prior to arrival the Welcome Book with the check in information will be sent with detailed information about the property, access, etc. We provide as much information as possible before arrival so check-in and check-out is a breeze but feel free to reach out if you need any assistance.

***We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance. The Cancellation Policy will come into effect AS IS if the guest chooses to cancel the Reservation regardless of the reason***
