Beautiful and bright flat situated in the centre of the ancient medieval village of Castelfalfi, inside the Toscana Resort Castelfalfi.Castelfalfi is located in the heart of Tuscany, among hills and vineyards, and is an ideal place to relax and to visit cities of historical and artistic interest such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. A few metres from the flat are restaurants, shops and a beautiful public garden.

The flat of approx. 100 sqm, located within an ancient building completely renovated a few years ago, consists on the first floor of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as two hallways and storage room under the stairs with washing machine. The internal staircase leads to the second floor where there is a third bathroom, with shower, toilet and washbasin, and a large living area with kitchen and living room from which, through a glass door, there is access to a covered loggia with a view of the beautiful Tuscan hills and the swimming pool. The flat is furnished with modern taste and quality furnishings. The house is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven (microwave also works), fridge and dishwasher.

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 metres, 1.5 metres deep, surrounded by an area with parasols and sun loungers. The house has two parking spaces, one covered and one uncovered, in the car park about 300 metres away.
