The thoughtfully designed kitchen is tucked away in its own private space, complete with a separate entrance and patio access for added convenience. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the comforts of home, and both single-cup Keurig and drip coffee makers, it’s ready for everything from quiet mornings to family dinners. Outside, the private patio creates an inviting backyard retreat featuring a grill, hot tub, and outdoor dining table perfect for al fresco meals beneath the Florida sky.



Upstairs, an additional balcony offers the same peaceful views as the front porch, creating another relaxing spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening conversation. One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated desk area, making remote work easy for guests mixing business with leisure. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a desk, a sitting area, and access to the upper balcony.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity, a claw foot tub, and a walk-in shower, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 3 vehicles available. 2 vehicles can park in the driveway and 1 can park in the street in front of the house. Do not park in front of neighbor's properties.

• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $80 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Pets are not permitted on any furniture at any time, and pet owners are required to clean up after their pets both inside the home and in the surrounding areas. Additionally, if possible pets should not be left unattended and unsecured in the home during your absence. Excess pet evidence or cleaning required beyond normal standards may result in an additional cleaning fee.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;(1) located at the back of the house and monitoring the back entrance, and (2) located at the front of the house and monitoring the front entrance.

• Please be cautious on the upstairs porch, as the railings are low — do not leave children unattended while on the porch.

• Long-term stays allowed.
