The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the centre of Can Picafort. It is also around 400m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym.
There is a sunny terrace facing the street, and from which peep the sea, is perfect as a solarium or for pleasant summer evenings. With garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. In addition, the building has a roof terrace for communal use, prepared as chill-out area.
